Tips to wake up early morning

You have to change your habits to wake up earlier. Well, you have to start by establishing a healthy daytime and nighttime routine. That will help you to go to bed faster, and wake you up earlier without hitting the snooze button. As we all know the body wants to sleep more, and the mind wants to wake up early, in the fight between body and mind, mostly the body wins over the mind, but you need to feed the mind to win over the body. The choice is yours!

Waking MANTRA:
Wake Up With A Purpose. Wear warmer clothes at night. When on bed say to yourself again n again sub-consciously "Waking Up Early Is EASY", and When you wake up, force yourself to jump out of bed, splash your face with cold water. AVOID foods that make you lethargic and lazy. Don't OVER EAT.  *Do 16 hours of intermittent FASTING every single day for overall physical and mental health to be fit, active and sharp.

Before sleep, have a strong self-talk
sub-consciously that
"Waking Up Early Is EASY"
1. The key to waking up early morning is to sleep early by 9 pm or 10 pm. Have your dinner early at 6 pm every single day before sunset. After dinner, no more eating at all in any form. If you feel hungry, drink plain water only. Science says that human being needs about 6 hours of sleep. If you sleep at 9 pm, it will help you to wake up by 3 am, and if you sleep at 10 pm, it will help you wake up by 4 am. and if you sleep at 11 pm, it will help you wake up by 5 am. The choice is yours!

When you truly have a vision for your future that inspires you, you’re going to jump out of the bed in the morning, and feel great about going chasing at life, versus being miserable.

Another great tips:
*Wear warmer clothes in bed,
*Drink enough water before you sleep so the pressure in the morning forces you to wake up. 
*Sleep in bed always with the peace of mind without much thinking of any tension or anxiety.
*Affirmation before sleep: My body is relaxed, My mind is relaxed, and My breath is relaxed.
*When you wake up, on the bed take deep breathes for 2 minutes.

*Use technology Alarmy app to wake you up. the app can be downloadable from Apple Store or Google Play store onto your mobile, it's a useful app, try it out.

*Create a group of friends or family members to challenge to wake up early in the morning nector time at 4 or 5AM.

2. AVOID completely eating late in the night. AVOID eating spicy foods, meats, caffeine, alcohol, negative grains (rice, wheat, naan, all-purpose flours), processed and cooked foods. .. all these foods make you lethargic and lazy.

*At dinner eat very light, half to your tummy. Stick to raw organic fruits, nuts, and veggies, or lightly stirred veggies. Chew more time in the mouth for pre-digestion. Also at night, keep away all kinds of screens and phones from your bedroom.

3. Try to sleep alone by yourself (keep away from your comfort zone), and before you sleep have a strong self-talk sub-consciously the small goals you want to achieve in the morning...
For example goals like:
I will make my bed first
I will drink a big glass of pure alkaline water
I will do light exercises If possible will go to Gym
I will go out in fresh air, jog, brisk walk for 15 to 20 minutes
I will do Yoga for 30 to 60 minutes, (Deep breathing ~ inhale-exhale),  <-- All these practices give you enough energy for a productive day.
I will Meditate, and Chant, Read in loud some tongue twisters
I will read my favorite book
I will do my office work and plan my daily goals to accomplish it
I will work on my pending home stuff
I will spend time to improve my soft skills, personality development and will work on my passionate things.

4. Visualize yourself waking up early morning is EASY. Before you go to bed, just as you feel yourself drifting off, imagine what your next day will be like. Imagine hearing your alarm and opening your eyes as you reach for it. Imagine smiling, stretching your arms over your head, yawning, and quickly getting yourself up. Picture yourself having a drink of water, going to the bathroom and starting your day nice and early. If you can visualize this happening, then the next morning, it'll be much easier to make this image a reality. As you struggle to get up, remind yourself about how easy it was to get up when you imagined it and try to make it happen.

5. Set alarm for the morning, and when you wake up, force yourself to jump out of bed, but DONT hit the snooze button. Just stretch your hands for a few seconds, smile at yourself and thank GOD for giving another day to experience life, to live in peace.

*As soon as you wake up, make your bed immediately.  There are many reasons you should make your bed each morning, one that reduces the temptation to go back onto the bed.

Get into the bathroom to wash off the face/ eyes with cold water, brush your teeth with herbal toothpaste. Sit in the balcony to get some fresh air, enjoy the breeze, drink a glass of pure water at room temperature sip by sip.

6. Do some wrist-hand-head exercises taking deep breaths that will really wake you up fully and keeps you fresh. Take a cold shower if possible.

CONJUNCTIVITIS, Pink Eye

Some of Ayurveda remedies:

  • Drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water daily. Water is a very essential remedy in this case and it flushes out the toxins present in the body.
  • Tea bags are known to be very effective in curing dark circles. A cold tea bag should be put on top of each eye for 10 to 15 minutes every day.
  • Make a paste of fresh mint leaves and add a few drops of lime juice in it. Apply the mixture on the eyes and the dark circles for 10 to 15 minutes every day.
  • Rosewater is considered to be a natural coolant for the body and has been an old home remedy for generations. Apply two to three drops of organic rose water on a cotton ball and gently massage on the affected area of the eye for five to six minutes. You will see the result in two to three weeks. This method is considered to be one of the most effective cures for dark circles.
  • The dark circle's treatment should be started as soon as possible to avoid it from increasing.
  • Eight hours of sleep is a must for all of us, especially for people having darker circles under their eyes.
  • Close your eyes and cover your eyelids with slices of raw potato or cucumber for 15-20 minutes. Wash with warm water and apply a natural cream.
  • Grate a cucumber, squeeze to take out its juice and refrigerate. Make a mixture of lemon juice, lanolin cream, and cucumber juice and apply around the eye for 10-15 minutes.
  • Apply lemon juice on the black circles 2 times a day.
  • Apply a paste of turmeric powder with pineapple juice for dark circles under the eyes.
  • Both potatoes and cucumbers are excellent natural remedies against dark circles. Remember they are in the refrigerator, and serve to refresh your eyes, turn. Put a slice of them directly over your eyes, relax the eye and stays on for 15 minutes. Then remove them and watch the wetting properties of these vegetables will make your eyes look rested and in good condition.
  • However, the most effective natural remedy is to mix aloe-vera pulp two slices cucumber and apply it over your eyes for half an hour.
  • Another home remedy to reduce darker circles is applying the resulting paste of cooked apple with organic milk, within one hour of cooking, keep stay for twenty minutes.

Acidity

Acidity is related to heartburn and gas formation in the stomach.

Causes of Hyper-acidity:
  •  Excess production of acids in the stomach is termed as the hyper-acidity. There are varieties of reasons which cause excess acid production, and the most reasons among these are:
  1.  Excessive use of oily and spicy foods.
  2.  Anxiety, depression, and anger.
  3.  Irregular eating habits.
  4.  Consumption of Maida (all purpose flour) products in large quantity.
  5.  Eating excessive raw leafy vegetables. (*Always eat half to your tummy, try to limit 2 meals a day).
  6.  Sleeping just after taking a meal.
  7.  Not to sleep in the night, long working hours.
  8.  Excessive intake of caffeine and nicotine products.
  9.  Constipation.
  10.  Carbonated drinks.
  11.  Foods rich in fats such as chocolates cause acidity.
  12.  Excessive intake of alcohol, smoking, keeping the stomach empty for a long time, skipping breakfast causes acidity.
  13.  Other causes of acidity or heartburn are pregnancy, aging, obesity, and bad eating habit, like eating junk foods.
Home remedy to Acidity:
Acidity, it is said, is worse than Cancer. It is one of the most common dis-ease people encounter in their daily life. The home remedy for Acidity are Yogurt, *Buttermilk (no direct milk though), *Watermelon juice, *Pomegranate, *Aloe-Vera juice, *Amla juice, Almond Milk, *Coconut water, *Eat Tulsi / Basil leaves. Take *Triphala before bed. *Keep your colon pipes clean every day. *Drink more of copper water. *Daily do pranayama and kapalbhati (gently, not intensively) in morning and evening. Another good remedy for Acidity is Raw Grains of Rice. The Process: 1. Take 8 - 10 grains of raw uncooked rice 2. Swallow it with water before having your breakfast or eating anything in the morning 3. So ... Let's try, however, to take full advantage of the time we have left ...
Let's not stop looking for activities that we like ...
Let's put color in our grayness ...
Let's smile at the little things in life that put balm in our hearts.
And yet, we must continue to enjoy serenely the time that remains. Let's try to eliminate the "after" ...
I do it after ...

I will think about it after ...
We leave everything for later as if "after" was ours.

INSOMNIA (Sleeping Disorder)

Deep sleeping is important and essential for overall physical health, brain, and memory.
*Get enough (7 to 8 hours of sleep) resting your body to boost your immunity and memory. If you don't sleep well, it loses your focus, makes you lethargic the next day at work and in other activities. *An Irish proverb: "A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures for any health issue".

Some of useful tips, helps you in getting sound sleep:

  1. Take HONEY with Banana in the night for promoting calm, inducing sleep, calming down tension and anxiety. *Try to sleep early, and rise early. *Sleep in gyan mudra for peace of mind.
  2. Try NOT sleeping in the afternoon times.
    Sleep like a baby :)

  7. Never drink coffee at night. No alcohol, no chocolates, no cheesy fatty stuff.

  8. Meditation is MUST to silent all your thoughts before going to bed. Develop the habit of meditating and reading any of your favorite books at night.

BAD BREATH

Poor hygiene creates bad breath and a bad odor in the body which may spoil a person's impression and their relationships. Always try to smell fresh! Remember a fabulous aura with good hygiene with your stunning carefree looks, always impresses others.

  1. Brush your teeth 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and night before bed). Use herbal Patanjali's organic Dant Kanth toothpaste or any other herbal toothpaste.   6. Also, check your armpit odor.. use light deodorant/cologne to keep it fresh. Keep your private parts clean, spray mild cologne in your undergarments as well your stinky socks. Lastly, always maintain a beautiful smile on the face, be always positive, be helpful, kind and compassionate to the people and nature.
  7. Take full body showers twice a day in the morning, and in the evening after back to home from office.
  8. Daily drink up to 5 liters of pure water (2 liters in AM, 2 liters in Afternoon, and 1 liter in evening).
  9. You can chew some cardamom seeds to sweeten your breath. 
  10. Some of the mouth herbal fresheners can be taken: Mukhwas (fennel seeds) with coconut shreds, Paan (betel leaf) with gulkand rose petals, mint, cloves, dried ginger powder with cardamom.
  11. Boil some cinnamon bark in a cup of water. Store it in a clean bottle in your bathroom. Use it as a mouthwash frequently.
  12. Stay away from Alcohol, Masala foods, Tobacco, Meat, Sweets, Oily foods. 
  13. AVOID foods such as onion, garlic, and fish can cause bad breath -- even hours after you brush your teeth.
