CONJUNCTIVITIS, Pink Eye

Some of Ayurveda remedies:

• Organic herbal pure rose extract water can be used as eye drops, very effective, buy it from Patanjali store or any other genuine ayurvedic store. Rose water has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and astringent properties.

• Patanjali Drishti Eye Drop is a very effective eye drop for any kind of eye problem. It is very safe to use ayurvedic medicine which also helps in increasing eyesight. Prolonged use of this eye drop can help in removing spectacles. It is a general eye tonic, can be used daily. It also avoids the side effects of air pollution on eyes.

• Do SUN gazing with open eyes daily early in the morning before 10 am ONLY. Sun gazing helps in healing the pink eye, also benefits overall eye vision.

• In some cultures, mothers breast milk has been used to treat eye infections and conjunctivitis. It has also been to help heal an ear infection.

• To strengthen eyes, do eye exercises (moving eyes up & down, left & right, rotating clockwise anticlockwise, blinking, gazing at candle) in the AM and PM.

• Daily do Pran Kriyas deep inhale-exhaling of fresh oxygen. Do Kapalabhati, all these helps in supplying enough oxygen to the eyes. Meditate on your eyes, have a feeling your eyes are strengthening and curing completely.

• Always clean your eyes with alkaline pure water.

• Drink organic carrot/beetroot juice, Drink moringa juice, Drink alkaline water daily 4-5 liters, Eat fresh fruits, Green-leafy vegetables, and Eat grass-fed pure cow's ghee. 

• Eat healthy millets in place of rice. Millets are magical for overall strong health.

• Avoid completely junk food, all kinds of meats, eggs, milk and alcohol.

• Avoid the dust and pollution.
