Tips for Glowing Skin:

  1. Eat carrots and beetroots daily, eating carrots can make your skin fair. Beetroot purifies the blood, rejuvenates and helps improve muscle strength.
  2. Eating Dates daily in the morning, purifies the blood, circulates in our body which in turn makes our skin glow and shine. Dates are sodium-free, fat-free, cholesterol-free, and a good source of fiber and iron.
  3. Eat Jack Fruit & Goji fruit to keep young. It helps in Anti-Aging.
  4. Guava fruit is packed with vitamins and minerals that boosts the immune system, keeps the skin healthy, fresh, prevents cancer, an anti-aging and wrinkle free. Guava is a cholesterol free fruit. It satisfies and keeps the stomach free from hunger for a long time. It assists in weight reduction.
  5. Avoid eating oily food, animal products, ice creams, deep fries, alcohol, and sugary beverages.
  6. Drink more pure water daily.
  7. Do not go out under HOT SUN, try to be under shades.. use umbrella or rounded caps, apply natural sunscreen lotions like Coconut or Olive oil or Broccoli extract to protect your skin. If have to use other sunscreen natural lotions BADGER brand is good, ensure they are SPF/FPS 30 plus, apply at least 15 minutes before stepping out into the sun. Splash water on your face few times during the day if possible and even in the evening.
  8. Apply cocoa or white petroleum jelly to the skin daily before going to bed.
  9. Massage: It is the skin which shows our age. So keep your skin hydrated and  moisturized. Some of the best Anti-Aging skin oils for massage are Almond Oil, Coconut Oil, Sesame, Shea Butter, Pomegranate Seed Oil, and Moroccan Argan Oil. Massage improves blood circulation and keeps your skin wrinkle free. Keep your face, hands, and body moisturized all day. As we grow old, our skin needs more moisturizing.
  10. Always use organic body soaps, shampoos, toothpaste and brushes. Throw away old tooth brushes after a month or two. My favorite organic soaps for the face and body wash are Dr. Bronner, Aveeno Moisturizing, Toms, KissMyFace, Yardley, and Mysore Sandal. After shower  moisturize the body slightly with the Almond or Coconut oil, feels good! or Apply oil overall body an hour before taking the shower.
  11. Mental Health: Do not fight with anyone, being angry makes the skin dull. Be happy and proud of yourself. Always keep yourself engaged. Read a book, do crossword puzzles, sudoku to keep your brain active. Enjoy friendships, foster good  relationship with family members, learn a new hobby, maintain interest as these will help to reduce stress and make you feel happy. Be optimistic in life and learn to forgive others. Dress well, love yourself, try to have a new look as it will make you feel happy and will help you to stay and feel young. By having strong family ties, good friendships, healthy diet, good mental health and staying physically active, one can age gracefully.

  14. Aloe Vera benefits beauty. It strengthens hair (prevents hair fall) and also prevents aging of skin. Aloe leaves contain a plethora of antioxidants including, beta carotene, vitamin C and E that can help improve the skin's natural firmness and keep the skin hydrated.
  15. Neem has anti-inflammatory ingredients. Neem juice extract is best to get rid of acne or pimples. Neem juice also improves the complexion. By drinking neem juice, the toxins from the system are flushed out. This improves the hair quality, skin complexion and digestion.
  16. Keep your hands off your face. If you tend to rest your chin in your palm, or you're constantly fussing with your face, stop. The oils on your hands can cause breakouts, even in small amounts.
  17. To fair the skin, Apply a little of diluted Apple Cider Vinegar on your face and leave it overnight, and wash off in morning with luke warm water. You can also dab a little onto warts and wrap it with a band-aid, much to your surprise, those warts will fall off in a few weeks time. Apple cider vinegar balances the pH level of your skin, it is best to replace your skin toner with it. It is great for treating warts, sunburn, age spots and acne. It can be used as an excellent alternative to a regular after shave lotion.
  18. Mix honey and lemon juice in equal quantities and apply this paste on your facial skin. Leave it for 30 minutes and then rinse with slightly warm water.
  19.  A paste made by mixing a pinch of turmeric powder with two tablespoons of yogurt may also be applied on the skin to make it glow.
  20.  Apply pulp of a ripe tomato on your skin to get glowing skin. Tomatoes, with its water content moisturize your skin and keep it healthy and shiny.
  21.  For a glowing skin, apply some cucumber juice on your skin every day and wash it off when it dries. You can also apply a mixture of cucumber juice and honey on the face. This gives your skin a smooth, even tone.
  22.  For another remedy, combine together 1 tablespoon of oatmeal powder, 2 tablespoons of yogurt and the juice of a fresh tomato and massage this mixture into face. It will make your skin smooth and glowing.
  23.  To brighten your skin and reduce dark skin spots and scars, apply potato juice. Potato works as a natural bleacher, which will lighten and brighten the skin in seconds.
  24.  Apply a mixture of 2 teaspoons of gram flour, 2 tablespoons of milk and the juice of half a lemon on your face. Let this mask sit on your face for around 10 minutes before washing it off with cool water.
  25.  Banana is another best home remedy for glowing skin. Use a face mask with mashed banana, honey and turmeric. Wash off after 15 minutes with lukewarm water.
HOW TO: Get Rid Of Pimples FASTLY!!
  1. Apricot juice plays major role to remove pimples or acnes. Apply the area with fresh apricot juice on pimple on your body for at least ten minutes and then wash off.
  2. Have you ever heard the treatment of pimples with tooth paste? If not, try apply the required amount of organic toothpaste on Pimples and just leave it for 30 minutes. Wash it off with cold clean water. You can get rid of your pimples with continued use of toothpaste. *DONOT leave the toothpaste on skin all night, as it will burn the skin and leaves the mark.

  6. Keep Your Hands off Your Face: This action can cut the risk of developing a bad cold or the flu by almost 47%. Most viruses get onto your body when you touch contaminated objects, but they can’t get into your body and cause illness unless they can reach your nose, eyes and mouth. So keeping your fingers away from your face is most essential. *Touching, squeezing, popping etc. does not necessarily make pimples worse. If your hands are unclean, you are pushing bacteria into the already irritated pore. If you have clean, germ-free hands it is okay to touch it to put medicine on it.
  7. Keep your skin clean. Throughout the day, pollution from the air, sweat, and dirt stick to the skin on your face and make your pimples worse. Wash your face twice daily, and keep cleansing pads/ towelette's with you throughout the day. This way, whenever your face feels oily, grimy, or sweaty, you can wipe it off and leave your skin fresh and clean. These are especially handy for after a workout and in hot weather.

How To Cool Down From Redness Face/ Itching:
Usually when under hot sun, cheeks go bright red and start burning. Also it becomes red when in situations of blush, stress, nervous or scared. Over time even under mild sun exposure damages skin and makes sensitive. Find the cause, and one of the causes of skin redness is an allergic reaction. Consider your recent routine and think about the cosmetics, skin care products, and hair products you use. Cut back on all of them and slowly reintroduce them back into your routine one by one. This way, you can determine which might be causing your skin to break out in a bright patch of red.
Tips to avoid face redness: You can press a cool cloth on your face to make it less red.
*Electric mist fan or AIR COOLERS are the best option to cool down.
*Run your wrists under cold water. Blood runs close to the surface of the skin in your wrists, so running cold water on them is very effective - as the cool blood will then travel around your body! This is a great way to cool down if you're at a wedding, or an event where you don't have much time to spare.
*Use natural organic SUNSCREEN lotion to block UV rays falling on the face. Choose a formulation of at least SPF 30 that's designed for sensitive skin.
*SOY moisturizer helps to diminish skin redness and inflammation.
*DRYNESS can cause redness or make redness worse. Wash your skin with cool water and fragrance-free cleanser, then pat on a lotion made of mint, ginger, turmeric, rose, aloevera or cucumber. These ingredients have all been shown to soothe irritated skin, and lotion provides a protective barrier against dryness, wind and other irritants. Apply paste of Turmeric and Coconut oil on face to reduce inflammation and relieve pain associated with redness, irritated skin itchiness.
*Eat cooling, hydrating foods. There are some dietary changes you can make to help with the redness from the inside. Hydrating, cooling foods like carrots, sweet potatoes, apples, celery, coconuts, cucumbers, melons, peaches, papayas, spinach, and broccoli contain antioxidants capable of moisturizing your skin from the inside out.
*DONT RUB your skin, which can make redness worse.
*Apply an OATMEAL Mask. Oatmeal is great for soothing many different causes of redness, from sunburn to eczema to simple irritation.
*Each night, apply COCONUT oil + LAVENDER oil mix onto your face, paying special attention to problem spots that feel extra rough or that are extremely red. You can also use olive oil, almond oil, or rosehip seed oil. They have similar nutrients to coconut oil and will help hydrate your skin. *YOGURT is an excellent skin-hydrating agent. Plus, its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties help soothe dry and itchy skin. Also, its lactic acid content helps get rid of any germs or bacteria that may cause dryness or itchiness.
Apply Aloe Vera Gel on face
for cooling, and reduce redness.


*Use ALOE VERA GEL. Aloe vera has properties that help reduce inflammation and relieve pain associated with red, irritated skin. You can use the gel from an aloe vera plant or buy it over the counter. Apply the aloe gel to your face twice daily to help decrease the redness. 
*Apply Cumin oil + Ghee + Neem oil for reducing redness, itching, skin allergies and black pigmentation.
*Avoid alcohol, particularly red wine. Alcohol is dehydrating, and dehydrated skin is more prone to irritation and redness.
*Drink pure water throughout the evening to avoid dehydration. So make sure you drink lots of water. Fruits and vegetables have high water content to avoid dehydration, and omega-3s have anti-inflammatory properties.
*Put CUCUMBER on your face. We've all heard of putting cucumber on your eyes as a way of relaxing and soothing eyes - but putting a piece of cucumber on your forehead can help you to cool down too! *Find a quiet, cool place to lay and have some relaxing cucumber time for 15 minutes.
*Try putting your moisturizer and any other organic lotions you use in the fridge, when you put them on they'll be lovely and cool and with have a soothing effect on your skin.
*Run cold water through your hair and face. Put a WET TOWEL or scarf on your neck. *Wet a towel or scarf with cold water, rinse it out and place it on the back of your neck - you'll be surprised at how soothing it feels!  
*Use a COOLING SPRAY. Try one of the many cooling products that are available - sprays like Magicool are effective at cooling you down - although the effects don't always last long. Any product that has mint in it will also make your skin feel refreshed when you apply it.
*For SUNBURN, mix 2 tsp. tomato juice and 1/4 cup buttermilk, apply to affected area, and rinse after 1/2 an hour. I've also used lavender for sunburns and it is NO joke: it's one of the most versatile oils with a profound ability to provide balance and moisture.
*VASELINE (Petroleum Jelly) or Waxelene (Non Petroleum Jelly is the Best) is used to improve your skin in four ways: 1) Helps face in soothing dryness, flakiness and redness. 2) Heals wounds in minor cuts and scrapes. 3) Smoothen and supple skin, best used as a moisturizer applied to damp skin after a shower. also works in healing diaper rashes on babies. 4) Helps healing your cracked feet and hands.

Strawberry facial mask for Normal skin:
6 strawberries, honey 2 tablespoons.
Using a fork Mash Strawberries into a pulp, add honey, Mix it well, apply to face taking care to avoid the eyes and leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash off with water.
Note: You can also use Oranges, in place of Strawberry. Oranges are a great source of vitamin C help prevent wrinkles and fine lines.

Apple facial mask for Oily Skin:
1 Apple, Honey 5 tablespoons.
Grate the apple and mix it with honey to make paste. Apply to face, leave for 15 minutes. Wash off with water.

Banana facial mask for Dry Skin:
Banana-2, Yogurt 2 table spoon, Honey 1 table spoon.
Mash Bananas with a fork and mix with Honey and Yogurt.
Apply it over face taking care to avoid the eyes, and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with cool water.
Or
Apply Desi Ghee or Coconut Oil on dry face to moisturize and relieve from itchy irritated skin.

Carrot and Honey facial mask:
Ingredients: 2 to 3 large carrots and 4 1/2 tbs honey.
Cook carrots, then mash into a smooth consistency. Mix the mashed carrots with honey, and apply to your face. Leave on for 10 minutes before rising off with cool water.
Benefits: Carrots are known for their high potency of vitamin A, Vitamin C, folacin and potassium. Carrot juice moisturizes and repairs skin tissue, while protecting it from sun damage and toning the skin.

Home remedies to Lighten Stretch Marks and Dark Circles:
Apply lemon juice with cotton on the dark patches, and tanned area on the skin for lightening. Keep for about 10 minutes and then rinse off with warm water. Repeat a few times each day to see better results. You can also try with Aloe Vera gel, or the Egg white separately works similarly like the lemon above.

Aloe Vera removes dark spots, stretch marks, brightens skin, and heals from sunburns. It helps in Anti-aging reducing the wrinkles. It prevents pimples and treats acne. Aloe Vera treats burns from minor mishaps in the kitchen from grease splatters or hot utensils. Aloe Vera contains cooling properties similar to menthol.

Remedies For Dark Circles
  • Thin sliced cucumber on top of each eye for 15 to 20 minutes, twice a day, relieves stress and cools down the eyes.
  • A mixture of almond oil and honey should be applied on the affected area every night before bedtime. You will see a remarkable improvement in two to three weeks.
  • Drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water on a daily basis. Water is a very essential remedy in this case and it flushes out the toxins present in the body.
  • Tea bags are known to be very effective in curing dark circles. A cold tea bag should be put on top of each eye for 10 to 15 minutes every day.
  • Make a paste of fresh mint leaves and add a few drops of lime juice in it. Apply the mixture on the eyes and the dark circles for 10 to 15 minutes every day.
  • Rose water is considered to be a natural coolant for the body and has been an old home remedy for generations. Apply two to three drops of rose water on a cotton ball and gently massage on the affected area of the eye for five to six minutes. You will see the result in two to three weeks. This method is considered to be one of the most effective cures for dark circles.
  • The dark circles treatment should be started as soon as possible to avoid it from increasing.
  • Eight hours of sleep is a must for all of us, especially for people having dark circles under their eyes.
  • Close your eyes and cover your eyelids with slices of raw potato or cucumber for 15-20 minutes. Wash with warm water and apply a cream.
  • Grate a cucumber, squeeze to take out its juice and refrigerate. Make a mixture of lemon juice, lanolin cream and cucumber juice and apply around the eye for 10-15 minutes.
  • Apply lemon juice on the black circles 2 times a day.
  • Apply a paste of turmeric powder with pineapple juice for dark circles under the eyes.
  • Apply crushed mint around the eye.
  • Almond helps to remove dark circles and is an excellent 'skin food'.
  • Both potatoes and cucumbers are excellent natural remedies against dark circles. Remember they are in the refrigerator, and serve to refresh your eyes, turn. Put a slice of them directly over your eyes, relax the eye and stays on for 15 minutes. Then remove them and watch the wetting properties of these vegetables will make your eyes look rested and in good condition.
  • However, the most effective natural remedy is to mix aloe-vera pulp two slices cucumber and apply it over your eyes for half an hour.
  • Other home remedy to reduce dark circles is applying the resulting paste of cooked apple with organic milk, within one hour of cooking, keep stay for twenty minutes.
  • Early morning after you wake up, fill your mouth fully with clean water, and then take some cold water in hands, splash or sprinkle to both of your eyes. This improves vision as well cures the darker circles around. Do Anulom-Vilom (pranayam) daily for better results of vision.
Ayurveda also suggests to apply our healthy mouth Saliva on sun burns, pimples and wounds to heal and lighten/fairer the skin. Saliva has many health benefits.

Rosewater and Honey for Lips:
Take 1 tsp of rosewater or Grind rose petals with 1 tsp of honey, Mix it well, Apply the mixture on to the lips.


Protect your lips from sun damage, as Lips do not have the ability to produce natural oil, Hence, they may crack, become dry or chap due to change in weather. Studies have linked smoking with premature skin aging. "Smoking accelerates skin cell damage and collagen loss, which leads to wrinkles" So skip the cigarettes. You can also apply Vaseline to the lips before going to bed.




Sleeping Position For Relaxation:
  • Sleep atleast upto 8 hours a day.
  • Read an inspiring book before going to bed, so it carries good thoughts to avoid bad dreams.
  • Sleep on the left side of the body.. like a child sleeps crossly.
  • Keep head on the East or South (this relaxes mind, stretches body in South due to law of attraction forces).
  • Avoid keeping head on North, this disturbs the mind due to law of repulsion forces.

Healthy Hair (use the ones which suits you):
  1. To strengthen and darken hair: Boil 100 ml of pure Coconut oil with Amla Fruit + Curry Leaves + Mandara/Hibiscus Leaves and Flower + Bhringraj/ Eclipta leaves. Then switch off the gas. After it cools, filter it and use the oil to massage your hair scalp, leave overnight and next day morning wash it off with good herbal shampoo. This prevents hair fall and stops premature greying of hair.
  2. Apply Aloe Vera Paste to the Scalp for hair growth, and to reduce dandruff apply to the scalp Aloe Vera juice mixed with coconut milk. 
  3. Apply Onion & Garlic paste (mix Olive Oil) to the bald head regularly. it promotes hair growth on bald area. Also can add 1 to 2 tsp of honey to it. To take away the odor, you can add rose water, lavender or rosemary essentials oil to the onion & garlic mixture. Mix and apply to the bald scalp, keep it for overnight or 1 hour and wash off. (Note: Studies have found onions & garlic to be useful for treating hair loss. Plus, onions can help control issues like dandruff and scalp infections as well as reverse premature graying.).
  4. Apply to the scalp once a week the mixture of (Coconut oil + Sesame oil + Almond oil + Castor oil) for hair growth.
  5. Yogurt: Apply slightly aged Homemade Yogurt to the hair scalp for an hour and wash off with Shikakai shampoo.
  6. Amla (India goose berry): Amla is rich in iron and has antioxidants which reduce hair loss by not allowing free radicals to damage hair follicles. Amla also enhances hair growth and prevents premature graying. Eating fresh amla or applying its paste to the roots of your hair improves both growth and color.
  7. Fenugreek, or methi, is considered good for hair growth as its rich in protein. Plus, it contains lecithin that strengthens and moisturizes your hair.
    1. Soak a cup of fenugreek seeds in water overnight, or at least for four hours.
    2. Take them out of the water and grind them into a paste.
    3. Apply coconut oil on your hair, followed by the paste. Let it sit for at least an hour before rinsing it out and shampooing your hair.
    4. Repeat the process two or three times a week. 
  8. Use herbal products (amla + shikakai + lemon) shampoo for healthy hair.
  9. Fingernails Rubbing: Rubbing your fingernails briskly against each other, for about 10 minutes every day, stimulates hair growth and makes your hair healthy and strong. This is an ancient technique and works similar to reflexology - through energy channels. The positive results are supported by many anecdotal claims, and there are many proponents and followers of this ancient practice. Some have even claimed hair re-growth on bald areas.
  10. Use organic Coconut shampoo + essential oils, works great in strengthening your hair. Or Use any of organic baby shampoos. Or Use Nioxin Shampoo (Cleanser) and Conditioner(Scalp Therapy), helps to grow hair healthy and gradually stops the hair fall.

  14. Kapalbhati (breathing) yoga also helps in stopping the hair fall as this yoga helps supplying more oxygen to the hair roots which develops the hair growth. (*Note: If anyone having any health issues with heart, asthama, high bp etc.. should stop doing Kapalbhati yoga).
  15. Drink lots of pure warm water daily, Exercise, Brisk walk 30 min daily, and Trim your hair regularly.
  16. Use copper vessel to store the water overnight and wash the scalp hair the next day morning. 
  17. Coconut and cream mask: The creamy mask is best suited for dry and frizzy hair. Its moisturizing elements make hair soft and shiny. Mix coconut and olive oils and apply it gently
    from root to tip of your hair. After that, keep your hair covered with a shower cap. Leave it for more than an hour. Then, rinse it off with a mild herbal shampoo and use conditioner.
  18. Banana cream mask: Banana is a natural ingredient which makes hair strong by preventing damaged roots. Blend one over ripe banana in a grinder. Then add one tablespoon of honey to it. Apply it on your hair, especially the roots. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
  19. Oatmeal hair mask: It is best suited for those who suffer from oily scalp, dandruff, scalp irritation and inflammation. It nourishes oily scalp by eliminating excessive oil. It results in hair growth by treating dandruff and protecting hair follicles. Mix oatmeal, fresh milk and almond oil and make a paste. Ensure that your hair is free from tangles before applying the pack. Put it gently on your hair. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
  20. Hibiscus hair mask: It is the solution for weak roots as hibiscus is known to strengthen weak roots. Soak hibiscus petals overnight in a cup of water. Then blend it with olive oil and raw milk. Apply this pack on hair. Keep the hair mask for 20 to 25 minutes and then rinse it with water.
  21. Apple Cider Vinegar: Add 1/4 cup of water to 1/4 cup of organic apple cider vinegar, apply it onto your scalp. Wrap around a towel and let it sit about 20 minutes. Wash off and repeat twice a week for best results.  Apple Cider Vinegar has properties that balance your scalp and hair pH level. Its anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties help combating scalp infections, dryness, itchiness and dandruff. An after shampoo apple cider vinegar rinse can do wonders to your hair, retaining the pH level of your scalp and leaving you with soft, shiny and smooth hair. Hygiene(always smell good):
Be Hygiene!
  1. Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Rinse with mouthwash naturals after brushing. Use organic products only. *Make the habit of brushing your teeth after every meal especially having any type sweets, otherwise it develops cavities and leads to tooth decay.
  2. Washing hands is the best way to stop germs from spreading. Always wash your hands before eating. Always wash your hands after use of toilets.
  3. Always smell good when in office or at home. Use mild deodorants or colognes for body odor. Note: The aroma when smelled from the suitable oils or colognes, it increases the levels of oxygen in the brain, also improves your joy mood, attitude, learning and emotions.
    As we know sweating is both healthy and natural, most of us can do without the odor that accompanies sweat. Human perspiration is actually odorless. It's the bacteria on the skin that causes body odor when it comes in contact with sweat dripping from the pores. Most body odor can be thwarted with over-the-counter deodorants, which both mask the odor with fragrance and combat the bacteria that cause the smell.
  4. Foods To Internally Deodorize: Herbs: Parsley, Mint, Cilantro, Basil; Spices: such as cloves, caraway, and cinnamon; Probiotic rich foods:Yogurt; Chlorophyll foods such as Spirulina, and Wheatgrass.
  5. Make your own natural deodorant paste (Organic Coconut Oil + Baking Soda + Arrowroot Flour + Few drops of any essential oil to smell good like Lavender, Rose, Vanilla, Sandalwood or Jasmine).
  6. One should have bath regularly, if possible twice a day, to keep the body clean and free of body odor. You can try antibacterial soap. Mixing juice of one lemon to your bath water helps to keep you refreshed. Add rose water to your bath water to keep you fresh through out the day. Keep your underarms or armpits free of hair, as hair collects perspiration and might cause offensive odor. Try rinsing your armpit with a tsp of vinegar diluted in a mug of water.
  7. Keep your kitchen clean and tidy daily. *Remember to keep away your wearings (clothes, shirts, pants, jackets..) from kitchen room to avoid food smell sticking to clothes.
  8. Dress well on all occasions. Wear a smile on face where ever we go, makes a complete dress.
  9. Try not licking your dry lips, instead apply lip balm or chap stick comes in different fruit flavors.
  10. Avoid wearing socks for more than seven hours at a stretch to avoid feet infections. Remove them and let your feet breathe once a while.
  11. If you have sweaty feet , use cotton socks and wash it regularly.
    Have 2 pair of shoes and socks so that you don't have to wear the same shoes everyday. Rotate it giving them time to dry completely. Lastly maintaining personal hygiene not only helps us to smell good but also helps to boost our confidence and self esteem.
  12. Avoid foods such as onion, garlic, and fish can cause bad breath -- even hours after you brush your teeth. and any type of smoking (cigarettes, cigars, pipe) gives bad breath.
  13. Over consumption of salty, sugary and spicy masala foods, meats, eggs, fish increases the unpleasant Body Odor.
  14. End the meal with yogurt suppresses the bad breath. Or Dilute apple cider vinegar in warm water and gargle twice a day to get rid of bad breath. It can remove stains from teeth by rubbing teeth directly with apple cider vinegar, and rinse with water.
  15. Chew few cardamom seeds after meal, the aromatic flavor in cardamom freshens your breath.
  16. Natural home remedy for bad breath using cinnamon: Take 1 cup of hot water, Add 3 tsp of cinnamon powder, Mix it well, and When lukewarm use as a mouthwash. *Rinse well deep inside so any hidden particles behind the inner tongue (Uvula) is also cleaned.
  17. Undust all open items inside the house atleast twice weekly.
  18. Most importantly keep your surroundings very clean so to prevent any diseases spreading.
  19. Talking loudly on your cell phone is not cool. Eating with your mouth open is not cool. Leaving the toilet seat up is not cool. Smoking cigarettes is not cool. Long nails on a boy are not cool.
  20. Waxing your bikini and underarm area is sexy. Men who open the doors for others and give up seats are cool. Being polite is cool.
  21. Women judge you by your confidence, your shoes, your belt, the cleanliness of your clothes, your shoulders, your abs, and your job – in that order.. Be prompt.  Being late is a sign of disrespect.  Other people’s time is just as important as yours.  At the same time, it works vice-versa.  If someone keeps you waiting, they better have a really good reason.
