If followed, You can see the Divine in service to Humanity from DMS.

1.  Keep your mind clean and free from any anxiety and open to any type of criticism from others.
2.  Construct a temple in your heart through Prayers.  The materials required for this Temple will consist of Humbleness, Humility, Compassion, Forgiveness, deep Faith in God, Honesty, Integrity and Meditation without attachment to any Religion - Be Religious but not a Religion - fanatic.
3.  You should feel Happy looking at others Happiness.  But if you feel happy looking at others sufferings it is Evil.  Never entertain this in your mind, for it will ultimately lead you to Evil Acts.
4.  Extend Love and affection without any Expectation from others. http://www.seva-dms.com/
5.  Never permit Jealousy to encroach into your relationship with others for it defeats the very purpose for which the relationship is intended.  Jealousy is just like a shadow of your character.  It always represents negative attitudes.  Remember at least the shadow has dimensions.  But Jealousy does not have any dimension.  Remember, it destroys your happiness and peace and then the happiness of others.
6.  Never entertain Anger. It destroys your peace of mind, creates insanity, annihilates the fine fiber of your character and oscillates your line of justice.
7.  Never give way to persuasion. Because under the pressure of persuasion, even the worst sins can be justified.
8. Always temper your Authority with Love, Affection and Mercy.  In the absence of these, any Authority is a tyranny (cruel).

Unity of Faiths:
"There is only one religion; the religion of Love
There is only one language; the language of the Heart
There is only caste; the caste of Humanity
There is only one God, He is Omnipresent."

Quotes from Thomas A. Edison:
“The most necessary task of civilization is to teach people how to think. It should be the primary purpose of our public schools. The mind of a child is naturally active, it develops through exercise. Give a child plenty of exercise, for body and brain. It does not encourage original thought or reasoning, and it lays more stress on memory than observation.”  ― Thomas A. Edison

Imagination Tips:
Mental imagery injects freshness, vitality, and life into what would otherwise be an austere world of abstraction. Make it a habit to explore the vast landscapes and spectacles that exist within your mind.
Tip One Train your imagination to be more responsive. Strive to make study carbon copies of what you hear, see, smell, taste and sense.
Tip Two Encourage your inner senses to become more vivid. Step beyond humdrum imagery and encourage your mind to see the colorful, the bizarre, and the unexpected. Be willing to make your inner world as large as you want it to be.
Tip Three Pay attention to the everyday mental images that flow through your mind. Notice what imagery gets you down and what keeps you inspired. Be aware of your power to rescript your mental movie when you want to change it.

*At some point each of us have to question to ourselves in life..
What i am doing?
For whom you are doing?
What i am looking for in life?
What is your ultimate goal and aim in life? Are you going in the right direction or other direction?

Tips for Improving Your Public Speaking Skills:
Unless you're a gregarious extrovert, or a Leo, you've probably experienced nerves before speaking to a group or getting up in front of class. Here are 7 tips for improving your public speaking skills.

1. Join Toastmasters
There are 226,000 members in 11,500 Toastmasters clubs in 92 countries. That's a lot. There's likely one in your neck of the woods, even if you live in the woods.
The Toastmasters website explains that "most meetings are comprised of approximately 20 people who meet weekly for an hour or two. Participants practice and learn skills by filling a meeting role, ranging from giving a prepared speech or an impromptu one to serving as timer, evaluator or grammarian."

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIkR8a_4kkTHszcXEBUv2Eg (Saurabh Chharia .. from Stage Fear to Stage Awesome). "It doesn't matter how much you know, but it matters how you show it, express it."

2. Take a Drama Class
In her article, Lights, Camera, Action: The Importance of Drama in the Curriculum, Lori O'Keefe mentions Meriah Rankin, a woman who found that drama class helped her to express herself. "I used to be terrified of getting up in front of class and speaking," Meriah said, "but now if I have to get up and talk I feel no nervousness at all."

3. Take a Modeling Class
Modeling takes a lot of confidence, which is why it's good training for public speaking. Check out the modeling schools in your city. This is what one woman, Leah, said about her training at John Casablancas Modeling and Career Centers: "I'm not embarrassed anymore getting up in front of other people! My grades are improving at school because I don't mind getting up in front of class and speaking. If it wasn't for my John Casablancas training, I would still be embarrassed to be in front of people."

4. Learn a Martial Art
The martial arts also teach confidence. In his ezine article, Martial Arts - 5 Ways To Build Your Self-Confidence, Robert Jones lists five factors that lead to confidence:
1.Correct body posture
2.Proper eye contact
3.Goal setting
4.Communication
5.Mentors
Every one of those factors is also important in public speaking.

5. Practice in Front of a Mirror
If time and money are issues, there's always the free mirror in your bathroom. Start with simply smiling at yourself. You'd be surprised by how hard that is for some people. Make eye contact with yourself. See? You're doing great.

6. Hire a Coach
If money is no issue at all, hire a coach. This seems like a luxury, but if the job you're after involves public speaking, or is on an executive level, personal coaching can be one of the smartest things you ever spent your money on. There are coaches in every city.

7. Be Yourself - The Simplest of All
If all you want to do is take a continuing ed. class at your local community center, but you’re afraid of speaking even there, remember these simple things:
1.Be genuine. Simply be yourself. People almost always respond positively when someone is being genuine.
2.Make eye contact. The people in your group are probably there for many of the same reasons you are. They can relate to you. Look at them.
3.Smile. Laugh even. Try not to take yourself so seriously. Sometimes self-deprecation can be the easiest way out of an embarrassing situation.

Why should you speak?
  • Speakers are leaders, Great leaders are great communicators
  • The moment you rise to speak, you assume a position of leadership.
  • To Connect with people
  • To capture the hearts of the audience or a jury
  • To move people to action
  • To build confidence, self-reliance and leadership ability
  • To inspire change
  • To make presentations with power and confidence
  • The one who shouts is the one gets noticed or recognized
  • To improve relationships
  • To influence people and win friends
Its not what you say, its how you say it.
Just do it, some will find it creepy, some will find it hot or hero. Talk to everyone!!!!

Nervousness:
Every person will have nervousness in speaking.. as you continue your speech, gradually the nervousness will reduce within 5 minutes... and to over come nervousness PLEASE ACCEPT IT THAT YOU HAVE NERVOUSNESS.. and think quite opposite to nervousness to be calm and try to find ways in overcoming the nervousness by practicing either by doing some exercise, yoga, jogging, long walking, running, playing sports etc.
*When you don't feel good, or when you are down, unhappy or afraid, observe your prana (breath).

How to overcome?
1.Be aware of the state of the breath;
2.Observe it;
3.Be with it for a few moments. You will experience that the (prana) breath becomes steady.

Overcome Social phobias:  http://www.wikihow.com/Overcome-a-Social-Phobia
People with social phobia are afraid of being negatively judged or evaluated by others. This leads to fear of doing something that may humiliate them in public – for example public speaking, using public toilets, eating and drinking in public, writing in public, or any social encounters such as parties or workplaces. Some social phobia sufferers may only fear one type of situation. Others may be concerned about several types of situations. This can lead them to avoid the feared situations, which can lead to severe isolation

Here are Professor Wiseman's four top tips for becoming lucky:
1) Listen to your gut instincts - they are normally right
2) Be open to new experiences and breaking your normal routine
3) Spend a few moments each day remembering things that went well
4) Visualize yourself being lucky before an important meeting or telephone call.
Have a Lucky day and work for it.

The happiest people in the world are not those who have no problems, but those who learn to live with things that are less than perfect.

You are 10 times more likely to succeed by writing your goals down:
In this writing process you are not only defining what you want but you are committing to them by writing them here. It has been shown that by committing goals to writing makes achieving those goals much easier and much more likelier. A Harvard Business School study showed that people who wrote down their goals were 10 times more successful at achieving their goal and a Yale study
showed that students who wrote down their goals at graduation, which was only 3% of the graduating class, all were financially worth more than the entire 97% who didn't write their goals down just twenty years later. Writing your goals down will help not only make them more real to you but you are, in a way, committing to them on a deeper level.

10 Things That Successful Employees Do On A Regular Basis (By Disha Bathija):
Success is not an accident. Successful people have achieved success not because luck or chance has favored them. It is because they do certain things on a regular basis that compound to major gains over time. However, when we analyze the trajectories of successful people, we only see what's on the surface. Very few of us bother to delve deep and find out the 'X' factors behind their achievements. Continuous hard work, long-term vision, planning, strategy, execution, communication, and many more things contribute to one's success in professional life. Let us take a look at the 10 key factors that make a successful employee in a corporate house.

1. Successful employees treat their jobs as their own work:
Of course, they are employed by a company and report to their immediate bosses, but they always take ownership of their work and set their own standards in terms of achievements. As they are driven by self-made goals and targets, they don't find it difficult to stay motivated and do not require a carrot-and-stick approach at work.
2. They have clear and direct communication:
All human relationships, be it personal and professional, depend on good communication. Also, most glitches at the workplace occur due to lack of clear communication and direction. A successful employee realizes that and hence, maintains an impeccable line of communication with the management. Such an approach makes sure that differences, if any, will soon get ironed out.
3. They ask for honest feedback:
Successful employees know that only constant improvement and growth will lead them to ultimate success. While most people do not look forward to getting feedback, especially of the negative kind, these professionals are more than willing to accept constructive criticism in a bid to become a better professional. Their competition is with no one but themselves.
4. They offer help selflessly:
Goodwill is one of the most important assets that you can cultivate for yourself and successful employees know that very well. That is why they are ready to help anyone (yes, even beyond their specific domains and responsibilities) who may need it. They are generous with their time and efforts, and don't mind pitching in when it is required. As a result, they receive a lot of favors and goodwill in return. That is definitely a win-win situation as good reputation and good words go a long way in a corporate environment.
5. They value everybody's time, most importantly their own:
Being generous with favors does not mean successful employees spend innumerable hours in the office. Quite the contrary. They are very careful about spending their time in the most productive way. In other words, they don't waste their and others' valuable time in unproductive activities. This means they are always punctual, meet deadlines, and expect the same standards from everyone.
6. They invest in learning new skills:
All companies get their HRD to organize workshops and training sessions - so that their employees can keep updating their knowledge and expertise for their respective jobs. Most employees treat these as a waste of time. So they either skip them or don't pay much attention. But successful employees know that investing in skills enhancement will reap much bigger returns. Therefore, they never miss those opportunities and make the best of them. Hence, they emerge as leaders as their knowledge bank is bigger than most.
7. They volunteer for big projects:
While most people try and avoid getting burdened with more work, successful employees put themselves out there to play a key role in big projects. They make sure that they shine at the job given to them and make their contribution to the best of their abilities. That's how they get noticed and rewarded.
8. They do not schedule meetings in the morning:
They use the early part of the day to get the important tasks done. Mornings are the most productive part of the day and one can do twice the work during pre-lunch hours than in the post-lunch session. Successful employees know that and schedule all team meetings during the second half of the day, barring urgent issues.
9. They always behave in a professional manner:
Quite often, it is the least followed decorum in many offices. Bonding and developing team spirit are welcome activities among employees. However, there is a thin line here that may get overlooked. Personal jokes, offensive banter, indulging in gossip, ugly fights, and invading someone's privacy should be strictly avoided in a professional environment. Successful employees understand this very well and draw the line when it comes to official interactions, formal or informal.
10. They know their worth:
The foremost reason why even highly competent employees tend to slack off is that they feel undervalued and unappreciated. But unless you assert your value at the workplace, you are not likely to get your fair share of recognition. Organizations work to optimize their profit and unless asked for, will not offer increment on their own. This is something well understood by successful employees and they make sure that they are well compensated for their efforts and work ethics. Every company wants to retain happy and satisfied employees. So their work rarely goes unrewarded and is often regarded with respect. This, in turn, ensures that successful employees stay motivated and remain satisfied with their jobs.

A Personal Mission Statement:
1. Succeed at home first.
2. Seek and merit divine help.
3. Never compromise with honesty.
4. Remember the people involved.
5. Hear both sides before judging.
6. Obtain counsel of others.
7. Defend those who are absent.
8. Be sincere yet decisive.
9. Develop one new proficiency a year.
10. Plan tomorrow's work today.
11. Hustle while you wait.
12. Maintain a positive attitude.
13. Keep a sense of humor.
14. Be orderly in person and in work.
15. Do not fear mistakes--fear only the absence of creative, constructive, and corrective responses to those mistakes.
16. Facilitate the success of subordinates.
17. Listen twice as much as you speak.
18. Concentrate all abilities and efforts on the task at hand, not worrying about the next job or promotion.

The difference between successful people and unsuccessful people: ... is that successful people do all the things unsuccessful people don't want to do.
Most people don't want to work more than they have to. They do the minimum they are paid to do. That's not the way to get ahead. Always do the best you can, not the least you can get away with. When you do your job, even if its just cleaning an office, do it as if somebody you want to impress is watching your every step.

Success unshared is failure.
If you've "made it" and don't help others out along the way — if you don't do something to make the planet a better place — you're not successful at all; you are a failure. But remember that you can't help everybody out. You have to focus and contribute in ways that you think are most beneficial.
My mom instilled this philosophy in me. She always encouraged my brother and me to do good. She had us give to the Salvation Army when we had no more than a dime and taught us that no matter how much someone has or doesn't have there is always somebody who is worse off.

You don't have to be good at everything to be successful.
Do what you do best and try to find others who can fill in by doing the things you are not good at. For instance, I am terrible at details — accounting especially, so I hire accountants to help me. This frees me up to focus on the things I do excel at and I can run a more efficient operation.

The biggest hurdle people face in almost any business is rejection.
If you know this in advance and are mentally prepared for it, you'll have a much easier time staying upbeat and eventually succeeding.

Think Right!
THE rich thinks differently to rest of us:
The author of How Rich People Think, Steve Siebold, recently told the Business Insider the differences between how rich and average people think are numerous and extreme.

Here are 15 of his top insights:
1. Rich people think selfishness is a virtue:
Average people feel they need to save the world and put others before themselves which is keeping them poor. Rich people take the attitude that if they don’t help themselves first they can’t help anyone else.
Example of how Rich and Poor Thinks!
2. Rich people have an action mentality, Rely on brain work, not a lucky guess:
You wouldn’t see a rich person lining up to play the lottery (even before they were rich). Average people are always waiting on someone else to help them get rich - the Lotto, Government, friend or spouse – but it only keeps them poor. Rich people take action and spend time solving problems.

Millions of people play the lottery, but only a handful win the jackpot. Millions of investors trade stocks, but the people who get rich are not the day traders but the Warren Buffetts of the world – the ones who do their homework, invest for the long term and end up retiring rich. It's no different with your career. Yes, a few lucky people are discovered in Hollywood or make a hit record. But most people who get rich do it by working hard, solving problems and planning for the future.

3. Rich people favor specific knowledge over formal education:
Average people believe the road to riches is through doing masters and doctorates. Rich people are generally rich because they have made money selling a specific knowledge they have acquired.

Rich people spend more on specific education and less on entertainment. Nobody ever struck it rich reading the tabloids, watching television or playing video games. Successful people spend their time improving their skills, researching opportunities and figuring out ways to solve problems. Yet these people typically do not put a lot of faith in formal education or fancy degrees. They focus on useful, practical skills that are relevant to their career.

4. Rich people dream of the future:
Rich people spend a lot of time looking into the future, setting goals and looking forward to what lies ahead. Average people dwell on the past which often holds them back by making them unhappy or depressed.

5. Rich people think about money logically:
Average and well-educated people can fall into the trap of thinking about money emotionally and just wanting to retire comfortably. Rich people maintain a logical relationship with money viewing it as a tool that represents options and opportunities.

6. Rich people follow their passion:
Oprah Winfrey said it – you’ve got to follow your passion and do what you love. Rich people find a way of getting paid for doing something they love. Average people earn money doing things they don’t love.

7. Rich people aim high:
Average people set low expectations to avoid disappointment whereas rich people set huge expectations and follow their dreams.

8. Rich people believe you have to "be" someone:
Average people on the other hand believe you have to “do” something to be rich and focus on immediate results. Rich people continuously focus on bettering themselves and learn from success and failures.

9. Rich people use other people’s money:
Average people believe they need their own money to make money whereas rich people have no problem using other people's money & other financial institutions etc.

10. Rich people live below their means:
It seems contradictory to the above statement but rich people adopt the attitude of getting rich so you can afford to live below your means. Average people live beyond their means.

Rich people tend to live below their means, not above. Too many middle class Americans run a budget deficit every month and struggle to pay the interest and penalties on their credit card bills. Rich people pay themselves first. They spend less than they earn and use extra funds to invest in the future. They may take on debt to start a business, pay for training or buy a house, but not to purchase the latest consumer item. They get on a virtuous cycle: the more you invest, the more you earn and the easier it is to live below your means.

11. Rich people teach their children how to be rich:
Average people teach their children how to survive whereas rich people teach their children from an early age about the world of haves and have nots.  The middle class focuses on savings & spending money while the world class focuses on earning, investing & savings. The middle class believes that getting a job is the safest way to earn money while the world class believes that being an outstanding performer is the safest way to earn it. Middle class believes getting rich is outside their control. The wealthy know getting rich is an inside job.

12. Rich people don’t let money stress them out:
Average people do. Rich people find peace of mind in wealth and are not afraid to admit that money can solve most problems – allowing them to make more money. Average people see money as a continuous battle and necessary evil they have to endure.

13. Rich people would rather be educated than entertained
Average people are the opposite. They read novels, tabloids and entertainment rather than continuously educating themselves after school.

14. Rich people surround themselves with like-minded people:
Average people think rich people are snobs and have a negative attitude towards the super rich. Rich people steer clear of the doom and gloom attitudes and people – adding fuel to the fire of the “snob” label.

15. Rich people focus on earning:
Average people focus on saving and miss big opportunities by trying to live frugally. Rich people constantly focus on the big picture – and how to earn the big bucks.
                                                                 ***
16. Rich people value relationships for professional and personal growth.
"Relationships are critical to financial success."
Rich people who agree: 88%
Poor people who agree: 17%
Not only do rich people feel that their relationships are critical to their success, but they put a lot of effort into maintaining them, making a habit of calling up contacts to congratulate them on life events, wish them a happy birthday, or reaching out just to say hello. "When I applied the hello calls and the life event calls to my own life," recalls Corley, "I ended up making another $60,000 as a result."

17. Rich people love meeting new people.
"I love meeting new people."
Rich people who agree: 68%
Poor people who agree: 11%
Hand in hand with valuing relationships comes making new ones. Rich people both love meeting new people and believe that being liked is important to financial success (in fact, it's a whopping 95% that believe in the power of likability, compared to 9% of poor people).

18. Rich people enjoy their jobs.
"I like (or liked) what I do for a living."
Rich people who agree: 85%
Poor people who agree: 2%
"Many of the wealthy in my study loved their job — it's not an accident," says Corley. In fact, 86% of the wealthy worked an average of 50 hours or more per week (compared to 43% of the poor), and 81% say they do more than their job requires (versus 17%). Corley says it's related to the idea of creativity being important to financial success: "These people found a creative pursuit that could turn into monetary value. When you engage in a creative pursuit that can make money, the rewards are often obscene."

19. Rich people believe that their health influences their success.
"Good health is critical to financial success."
Rich people who agree: 85%
Poor people who agree: 13%
"One of the individuals in my study told me 'I can't make money in a hospital bed,'" Corley remembers. "Wealthy people think that being healthy means fewer sick days, which translates into more productivity and more money."

20. Rich people are willing to take risks.
"I've taken a risk in search of wealth."
Rich people who agree: 63%
Poor people who agree: 6%
"A lot of the wealthy people in the study were business owners who started their own businesses," Corley explains. "They became successes because they were master self-educators who learned from the school of hard knocks." In fact, 27% of the wealthy people in Corley's study admit they've failed at least once in life or in business, compared with 2% of the poor. "Failure is like scar tissue on the brain," Corley says. "The lessons last forever."

21. Rich people value creativity over intelligence.
"Creativity is critical to financial success."
Rich people who agree: 75%
Poor people who agree: 11%
While rich people are more likely to believe that creativity influences success, poor people are more likely to think that being "intellectually gifted" is critical. They're also more likely to believe that wealth is usually accidental. "If you look at my stats, you'll find that a lot of wealthy people were C students," says Corley. "There's more to wealth than just being smart."

10 Excuses That Keep You Away From Success:
1. It is very difficult
2. I am too young or too old to go for it
3. Nobody takes me seriously or I have been rejected
4. I am not very educated
5. I don’t know how
6. I don’t have time
7. He/she is responsible for my failure
8. It is very risky
9. What if/could/would
10. The idea is not perfect or might not work.

"Keeping the body and mind in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear." ~ Buddha.

25 Life Changing Lessons from Buddha:
1. Love heals all things.
“Hatred does not cease by hatred, but only by love; this is the eternal rule.”
2. It’s not what you say but what you do that defines you.
“A man is not called wise because he talks and talks again; but if he is peaceful, loving and fearless then he is in truth called wise.”
“A dog is not considered a good dog because he is a good barker. A man is not considered a good man because he is a good talker.”
3. The secret of good health is to live fully in the NOW.
“Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.”
“The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, nor to worry about the future, but to live the present moment wisely and earnestly.”
4. Who looks inside awakens.
“The way is not in the sky. The way is in the heart.”
5. Words have the power to both hurt and heal.
“Words have the power to both destroy and heal. When words are both true and kind, they can change our world.” ~ Buddha
6. Let it go and it will be yours forever.
“You only lose what you cling to.”
7. No one can walk your path for you.
“No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.”
8. Happiness never decreases by being shared.
“Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.”
9. Be kind to all.
“Resolve to be tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant with the weak and wrong. Sometime in your life, you will have been all of these.”
“Have compassion for all beings, rich and poor alike; each has their suffering. Some suffer too much, others too little.”
“Teach this triple truth to all: A generous heart, kind speech, and a life of service and compassion are the things which renew humanity.”
10. Don’t believe everything you are told to believe.
“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.”
11. As you THINK so shall you be
“All that we are is the result of what we have thought: it is founded on our thoughts and made up of our thoughts. If a man speak or act with an evil thought, suffering follows him as the wheel follows the hoof of the beast that draws the wagon…. If a man speak or act with a good thought, happiness follows him like a shadow that never leaves him.”
12. Let go of fear.
“The whole secret of existence is to have no fear. Never fear what will become of you, depend on no one. Only the moment you reject all help are you freed.”
13. The truth has a way of always leaking out.
“Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth.”
14. Control your mind or it will control you.
“To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one’s family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him.”
“It is a man’s own mind, not his enemy or foe, that lures him to evil ways.”
15. Doubt separates. Trust unites.
“There is nothing more dreadful than the habit of doubt. Doubt separates people. It is a poison that disintegrates friendships and breaks up pleasant relations. It is a thorn that irritates and hurts; it is a sword that kills.”
16. Nobody is more deserving of your love than you yourself are.
“You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”
17. Knowing others is wisdom, knowing yourself is enlightenment.
“It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell.”
18. Spirituality isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.
“Just as a candle cannot burn without fire, men cannot live without a spiritual life.”
19. Replace jealousy with admiration.
“Do not be jealous of others’ good qualities, but out of admiration adopt them yourself.”
20. Look for peace within yourself.
“Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without.”
21. Let go of attachment.
“To live a pure unselfish life, one must count nothing as one’s own in the midst of abundance.”
22. Choose your friends wisely.
“An insincere and evil friend is more to be feared than a wild beast; a wild beast may wound your body, but an evil friend will wound your mind.”
23. There is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way.
“There is no path to happiness: happiness is the path.”
24. Give up labels.
“In the sky, there is no distinction of east and west; people create distinctions out of their own minds and then believe them to be true.”
25. Love. Live. Let go.
“In the end these things matter most: How well did you love? How fully did you live? How deeply did you let go?”
