GASSY/Gastric ?

Gastric is commonly related to digestive problems which include food indigestion, bloating, diarrhea, stomach pain, food poison, excess gas, constipation, bile irritation, not cleansing colon pipes for a longer time.

Home Remedies for Gastric:

*Choose fiber foods like Cucumber, Watermelon, Papaya, Ajwain, Avocados, Celery, Chia seeds, Coconuts, Amla, Ripen Bananas, drink daily organic Tulsi/ Basil Green tea.
*Eat your meals half to your tummy, don't overload, Try to limit to.
*Drink 2 tablespoons of organic Castrol oil before going to bed in night for better cleansing.
*Take TUB bath with cold water for 10 to 15 minutes, daily in the morning and evening.
*Eat one tsp of dry Amla (gooseberry) powder along with honey soon after your meal.
*Juices: Morning Cilantro + Mint juice; Afternoon Carrot + Beet juice; Evening AloaVera Juice.

The home remedy for Acidity are Buttermilk, Watermelon juice, Aloe-Vera juice, Almond Milk, Coconut water, Eat Tulsi / Basil leaves. Another good remedy for Acidity is Raw Grains of Brown Rice. The Process: 1. Take 8 - 10 grains of raw uncooked rice 2. Swallow it with water before having your breakfast or eating anything in the morning 3.
