My 14 Day Diet Once In Every Quarter

Its great experience in reducing extra fat & cleansing the toxins. "Water is the most important nutrient among all nutrients." Drink a daily good amount of pure water sip by sip.

After wake up:
I drink one full big glass of wheatgrass juice mixed with raw honey. after 2 hours of the gap, take breakfast described below. *NOTE: Do simple Yoga and Exercises for 15 to 30 minutes IS MUST every day in the morning. MUST sweat daily to remove toxins and reduce diabetes.

Add color to your Life
Eating breakfast gives a much-needed energy boost all day. *Ensure you AVOID completely CARBS, OILS, SALT, STARCH, WHITE RICE, SUGAR, Fermented Foods, and GLUTEN Flours.

Breakfast:
For breakfast at home, I take solid meal meaning gluten-free Oats mixed with almond milk plus organic fruits: berries, pomegranate, apple, banana, dates, and seeds like pumpkin, chia, sunflower, hemp or flax with soaked nuts: walnut, and almonds. plus can add 1 tsp coconut oil (optional). this way there is no chance of losing any nutrients & protein in the morning diet. *Remember to drink a good amount of pure warm water between the meals.

...eating lunch fuels second half of my day.

Lunch:
My lunch includes only two glasses of carrot juice blended with beets and oranges. this gives me again full of vitamins and minerals. So there is no chance of being anemic! *Our body never asks for oily, junk fatty foods. It always craves for pure nutrition food where you find them in veggies, seeds, fruits, gluten-free grains, and pulses, etc. Remember never drink just the fruit juice as the fructose goes directly into bloodstream raises the blood sugar levels which is not good for the body. So, have fruit juice mixed with veggies. *Remember to drink a good amount of pure warm water between the two meals.

In your daily salads, Eat vitamin E foods (Sunflower seeds, Almonds, Spinach, Kale, Avocado, Peanuts), Pumpkin Seeds, Turmeric, Tomato's, Parsley, Apples, Berries, Red Grapes, Lemons, and Drink organic Green Tea if possible.

Dinner:
For dinner, i take one full glass of green leafy veggie juice (kale, celery, carrots) mixed with 1 or 2 fruits: green apples or pineapple or oranges. For dessert either I take dates or a sugarless peanut chikki made of palm jaggery, peanuts, and sesame seeds. Before going to bed drink sugarless lemon juice in a small glass.

*NOTE: In the evening, do simple Yoga and Exercises for 15 to 30 minutes MUST every day.

By following carbless, saltless, sugarless and oilless diet for 14 days, I have lost 7 pounds of weight, not only that also it kept me energetic and active thru out the day.
