INSOMNIA (Sleeping Disorder)

Deep sleeping is important and essential for overall physical health, brain, and memory.
*Get enough (7 to 8 hours of sleep) resting your body to boost your immunity and memory. If you don't sleep well, it loses your focus, makes you lethargic the next day at work and in other activities. *An Irish proverb: "A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures for any health issue".

Some of useful tips, helps you in getting sound sleep:

  1. Take HONEY with Banana in the night for promoting calm, inducing sleep, calming down tension and anxiety. *Try to sleep early, and rise early. *Sleep in gyan mudra for peace of mind.
  2. Try NOT sleeping in the afternoon times.
    Sleep like a baby :)
    Meditation brings mind to zero thoughts,
    gives you sound sleep.
    Affirmations just before sleep:
    My body is relaxed, My mind is relaxed
    and My breath is relaxed.
  3. In the evenings go to the GYM, workout for at least an hour. 
  4. Do YOGA (deep inhale-exhale) in the PM and AM.
  5. Have your dinner at least 3 hours before going to bed. Avoid masala spicy foods and biryanis at nights.
  6. Shutdown all the screens, mobile phones, TV's 2 hours before going to bed. *Remember no phones in the bedroom to avoid disturbance and radiation.
  7. Never drink coffee at night. No alcohol, no chocolates, no cheesy fatty stuff.

  8. Meditation is MUST to silent all your thoughts before going to bed. Develop the habit of meditating and reading any of your favorite books at night. 
  9. This works to 99% people... say mindfully to yourself "I am not this body, not even the mind" ..keep repeating.. and you will go into a deep sleep... helps you wake up in the early morning!
  10. Listen to nice soothing music, romantic songs, or peace instrumental...
  11. Lighten the incense stick to bring a pleasant aroma in the room before going to bed.
  12. Remember to switch OFF all artificial lights including the bed lamp. The bedroom should be pitch dark to get a good night's sleep.
  13. But try to allow the natural light by keeping your windows slightly open to allow the fresh air.
  14. For Morning breakfast, have herbal drink Raghi java, Barley or Millet java to stay energetic.
  15. Make sure you get enough calcium. If the calcium and vitamin D level goes down the normal, people will have sleeping disorders. *Foods for calcium: Oranges, Curry Leaves, Sesame Seeds, Sesame organic Oil, Cauliflower, Drumsticks/Moringa leaves, and For natural vitamin D, get enough sunlight (sit under the sun for 20-30 minutes) in the morning before 10am and after 5pm.

BAD BREATH

Poor hygiene creates bad breath and a bad odor in the body which may spoil a person's impression and their relationships. Always try to smell fresh! Remember a fabulous aura with good hygiene with your stunning carefree looks, always impresses others.

  1. Brush your teeth 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and night before bed). Use herbal Patanjali's organic Dant Kanth toothpaste or any other herbal toothpaste. After brushing, have a deep rinse/goggle with organic mouthwash naturals with no alcohol in it,  clean your tongue thoroughly with brush.
  2. Daily in the morning drink a glass of freshly squeezed Lemon juice added with warm-water (sip by sip) but no sugar. lemons are antibacterial and antiseptic, it acts as a natural bleach. The citrus smell of lemon is refreshing and invigorating. It clears the bad breath coming from the throat too. 
  3. Next gargle thoroughly your mouth with pink-salt warm water.  Note: If your mouth feel like dry, drink enough water to keep hydrated.
  4. After every meal make the habit of brushing your teeth especially after eating sweets, otherwise, it develops cavities, which may lead to tooth decay. Note: Keep checking your mouth breath frequently, even a small doubt of bad breath, try to mouthwash immediately. especially when you are in public, or at the office. 
  5. After every meal after mouthwash, eat couple fresh leafs of mint or parsley. Parsley leafs are rich in chlorophyll, nature's own deodorizer. Chew some leaves regularly and your breath will remain fresh.
  6. Also, check your armpit odor.. use light deodorant/cologne to keep it fresh. Keep your private parts clean, spray mild cologne in your undergarments as well your stinky socks. Lastly, always maintain a beautiful smile on the face, be always positive, be helpful, kind and compassionate to the people and nature.
  7. Take full body showers twice a day in the morning, and in the evening after back to home from office.
  8. Daily drink up to 5 liters of pure water (2 liters in AM, 2 liters in Afternoon, and 1 liter in evening).
  9. You can chew some cardamom seeds to sweeten your breath. 
  10. Some of the mouth herbal fresheners can be taken: Mukhwas (fennel seeds) with coconut shreds, Paan (betel leaf) with gulkand rose petals, mint, cloves, dried ginger powder with cardamom.
  11. Boil some cinnamon bark in a cup of water. Store it in a clean bottle in your bathroom. Use it as a mouthwash frequently.
  12. Stay away from Alcohol, Masala foods, Tobacco, Meat, Sweets, Oily foods. 
  13. AVOID foods such as onion, garlic, and fish can cause bad breath -- even hours after you brush your teeth.

  15. Try not licking your dry lips, instead apply lip balm, vaseline or organic chapstick which also comes in different fruit flavors.
  16. CLEAN your colon pipes twice a day visiting toilet. Also once a month get ENEMA done. 
  17. Once a week, DO FASTING. Be on honey-water all day, and the following day be on fruit fasting. this way it completely keeps your tummy clean, away from bad odor.

Parkinson's/ Nerve Tremors:

The most common cause of shaky hands is essential tremors. This neurological disorder causes frequent, uncontrolled shaking. Other causes of shaky hands include stress, anxiety, over worrying, overthinking negative thoughts and seizures. While there's no much cure for most of the hand tremors in allopathy.

Prescription medications, Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Herbs, and lifestyle changes may provide relief, depending on the cause. Most of the chronic diseases and parkinsons are due to toxic (too much of alcohol, meat), psychosomatic (insomnia, stress, over thinking negativity, in-human, fears, anxiety, tensions, anger, hate, sadness, depression, negative feelings, bad emotions, bad intentions for others, and lack of dopamine hormones).

HANGOVER?

A hangover is a headache caused by consuming excessive alcohol, and other symptoms include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and drowsiness.    About Alcohol is 100% Toxic

Home Remedy 1: Eat a BANANA with Honey + Almond Milk!
One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.

Home Remedy 2:
Eat honey on crackers. The fructose in the honey will help to flush out the alcohol in your system. Eat more bread.


Home Remedy 3:
Drink more of lemon water, or just plain water sip by sip to dilute the alcohol.

Home Remedy 4: Drink Tomato Juice mixed with lemon.

OR
Take anti-inflammatory capsule-like Borage or Ibuprofen to reduce hangover. Consult doctor on this.

TIP: Avoid having fried-food while drinking alcohol and instead opt for salads with hung curd dressing. Choose grilled foods over fried snacks. You'll be making a healthier choice by avoiding the use of batter and excess oil.

Stronger BONES

Foods for stronger bones at times of fracture to heal quickly, also its the same diet for AFTER SURGERY:
  • Bone fractures and osteoporosis can be healed by taking the manganese available in Pineapple, Sesame, Tofu & Pumpkin seeds. Sesame contains the highest calcium.
  • Eat Kale, Spinach, Mustard Leaves, Broccoli, Celery, Tomatoes & Bok Choy has the highest vitamin K, A, C, and manganese helps in healing and strengthening the bones.
  • AVOID completely salt, and sugar for atleast 2 months while the bone is healing. *Do intermittent fasting about 16 hours a day. Limit your meals to 1 per day. Drink lots of copper soaked alkaline water. Eat millets, organic raw fruits, soaked nuts and veggies. AVOID cooked food.
  • Take Spirulina daily  
  • Eat Sesame seeds, Sesame Laddus made of Jaggery. Drink a tablespoon of Sesame oil on empty stomach in the morning. Eat the curries prepared with Sesame Oil. Sesame is a great source of calcium, iron, and has many health benefits.
  • Eat protein food: Plain Tofu, Soya milk, Homemade Yogurt, Brown eggs (white), and vitamin C, D good for stronger bones.
  • Pumpkin seeds are a very good source of bone-building phosphorus, magnesium, and manganese. They are also a good source of other minerals including immune-supportive zinc and copper and energy-producing iron. In addition, pumpkin seeds are a good source of muscle-building protein.
  • Take Methi leaves in curries, very helpful in reducing joint pains.
  • Curry Leaves contains too the highest calcium, and exceptionally rich in iron which is necessary for healthy red blood cells. Iron is part of the hemoglobin molecule which carries oxygen in the blood to the muscles. Prevents iron deficiency anemia and fatigue.
  • For massage on affected areas use either Mustard Oil, Eucalyptus, or Sesame Oil is the BEST for bone joint pains and skin elasticity.

  • In the case of bone fracture casting, ask the doctor for waterproof casting (optional).
  • Mix 10 grams of dry ginger powder with 15 ml of castor oil and apply to the joint for relief from joint pains.
  • Turmeric is very effective for arthritis, especially for Rheumatoid Arthritis. The curcumin in the turmeric helps to reduce the inflammation. Drink a glass of warm water mixed with one tablespoon of turmeric powder before going to bed.
  • A teaspoon of black sesame seeds soaked in a quarter cup of water at night and taken early the next morning. It prevents frequent joint pain.
  • Drinking water kept in a copper container overnight accumulates traces of copper which strengthens the muscular system.
  • The omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil have an anti-inflammatory effect in the body and can help reduce pain. Consume one or two teaspoons of fish oil daily. Include foods like cold-water fish, flax seeds in your daily diet.
  • Take plenty of Vitamin C oranges, pomegranate on empty stomach.. antioxidant in it prevents the breakdown of bones by destroying the free radicals. Include lemons, oranges, and other citrus fruits in your diet.
  • Vitamin D: The hormonal functions of vitamin D include regulation of bone and muscle health (including both skeletal and heart muscle), regulation of immune response, regulation of insulin and blood sugar, and regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism. Sources of Vitamin D: Hemp milk has highest vitamin D, Cow's ghee (grass-fed), Sunlight is very useful to get vitamin D naturally before 11am and after 4pm, (but over being under sun between 11am to 4pm will affect the skin), Soya and Almond Milk, Brown Eggs, White/ Brown Mushrooms.
  • Harsingar (Parijata): As per Ayurveda, make the paste from 7 of Harsingar leaves, and then boil in a steel container with a glass of water for 10 to 15 minutes, and once it cools down, drink in the morning on empty stomach. You will notice within 2 months the knee joint pains will be permanently solved.
  • Moringa Leaves: Considered to be a superfood, 25% protein and full of many vitamins and minerals, source of chromium. Used widely in feeding programs throughout the world to combat hunger and malnutrition. Chromium is part of the insulin molecule which regulates blood sugar levels.
