BAD BREATH

Poor hygiene creates bad breath and a bad odor in the body which may spoil a person's impression and their relationships. Always try to smell fresh! Remember a fabulous aura with good hygiene with your stunning carefree looks, always impresses others.

  1. Brush your teeth 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and night before bed). Use herbal Patanjali's organic Dant Kanth toothpaste or any other herbal toothpaste. After brushing, have a deep rinse/goggle with organic mouthwash naturals with no alcohol in it,  clean your tongue thoroughly with brush.
  2. Daily in the morning drink a glass of freshly squeezed Lemon juice added with warm-water (sip by sip) but no sugar. lemons are antibacterial and antiseptic, it acts as a natural bleach. The citrus smell of lemon is refreshing and invigorating. It clears the bad breath coming from the throat too. 
  3. Next gargle thoroughly your mouth with pink-salt warm water.  Note: If your mouth feel like dry, drink enough water to keep hydrated.
  4. After every meal make the habit of brushing your teeth especially after eating sweets, otherwise, it develops cavities, which may lead to tooth decay. Note: Keep checking your mouth breath frequently, even a small doubt of bad breath, try to mouthwash immediately. especially when you are in public, or at the office. 
  5. After every meal after mouthwash, eat couple fresh leafs of mint or parsley. Parsley leafs are rich in chlorophyll, nature's own deodorizer. Chew some leaves regularly and your breath will remain fresh.
  6. Also, check your armpit odor.. use light deodorant/cologne to keep it fresh. Keep your private parts clean, spray mild cologne in your undergarments as well your stinky socks. Lastly, always maintain a beautiful smile on the face, be always positive, be helpful, kind and compassionate to the people and nature.
  7. Take full body showers twice a day in the morning, and in the evening after back to home from office.
  8. Daily drink up to 5 liters of pure water (2 liters in AM, 2 liters in Afternoon, and 1 liter in evening).
  9. You can chew some cardamom seeds to sweeten your breath. 
  10. Some of the mouth herbal fresheners can be taken: Mukhwas (fennel seeds) with coconut shreds, Paan (betel leaf) with gulkand rose petals, mint, cloves, dried ginger powder with cardamom.
  11. Boil some cinnamon bark in a cup of water. Store it in a clean bottle in your bathroom. Use it as a mouthwash frequently.
  12. Stay away from Alcohol, Masala foods, Tobacco, Meat, Sweets, Oily foods. 
  13. AVOID foods such as onion, garlic, and fish can cause bad breath -- even hours after you brush your teeth.

  15. Try not licking your dry lips, instead apply lip balm, vaseline or organic chapstick which also comes in different fruit flavors.
  16. CLEAN your colon pipes twice a day visiting toilet. Also once a month get ENEMA done. 
  17. Once a week, DO FASTING. Be on honey-water all day, and the following day be on fruit fasting. this way it completely keeps your tummy clean, away from bad odor.
