Eggless Egg Salad Recipe:
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 cup lemon juice (or simply remove the skin of 1 lemon and use the rest)
1 1/2 tsp turmeric
2 cloves.
1 1/2 tsp Sea salt.
1 1/2 cups raw macadamia or cashew nuts or a combination (soak overnight)

1/3 cup scallions, chopped
1/3 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped

1. Place the first six ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary.
2. Place mixture in a bowl along with last 3 ingredients and mix well.
3. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Will last refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Home Remedy BEAUTY TIPS:
1. Strawberry facial mask for Normal skin:
6 strawberries, honey 2 tablespoons.
Using a fork Mash Strawberries into a pulp, add honey, mix it well, apply to face taking care to avoid the eyes and leave for 10 minutes. Wash off with water.
Note: In place of Strawberry, you can also use Oranges.

2a. Apple facial mask for Oily Skin:
1 Apple, Honey 5 tablespoons.
Grate the apple and mix it with honey to make a paste. Apply to face, leave for 15 minutes. Wash off with water.

2b. Ayurveda Remedies For Darker Circles:
  • Thinly sliced cucumber on top of each eye for 15 to 20 minutes, twice a day, relieves stress and cools down the eyes.
  • A mixture of almond oil and honey should be applied on the affected area every night before bedtime. You will see a remarkable improvement in two to three weeks.
  • Drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water on a daily basis. Water is a very essential remedy in this case and it flushes out the toxins present in the body.
  • Tea bags are known to be very effective in curing dark circles. A cold tea bag should be put on top of each eye for 10 to 15 minutes every day.
  • Make a paste of fresh mint leaves and add a few drops of lime juice in it. Apply the mixture on the eyes and the dark circles for 10 to 15 minutes every day.
  • Rosewater is considered to be a natural coolant for the body and has been an old home remedy for generations. Apply two to three drops of rose water on a cotton ball and gently massage on the affected area of the eye for five to six minutes. You will see the result in two to three weeks. This method is considered to be one of the most effective cures for dark circles.
  • The dark circle's treatment should be started as soon as possible to avoid it from increasing.
  • Eight hours of sleep is a must for all of us, especially for people having dark circles under their eyes.
  • Close your eyes and cover your eyelids with slices of raw potato or cucumber for 15-20 minutes. Wash with warm water and apply a cream.
  • Grate a cucumber, squeeze to take out its juice and refrigerate. Make a mixture of lemon juice, lanolin cream, and cucumber juice and apply around the eye for 10-15 minutes.
  • Apply lemon juice on the black circles 2 times a day.
  • Apply a paste of turmeric powder with pineapple juice for dark circles under the eyes.
  • Apply crushed mint around the eye.
  • Almond helps to remove dark circles and is an excellent 'skin food'.
  • Both potatoes and cucumbers are excellent natural remedies against dark circles. Remember they are in the refrigerator, and serve to refresh your eyes, turn. Put a slice of them directly over your eyes, relax the eye and stays on for 15 minutes. Then remove them and watch the wetting properties of these vegetables will make your eyes look rested and in good condition.
  • However, the most effective natural remedy is to mix aloe-vera pulp two slices cucumber and apply it over your eyes for half an hour.
  • Another home remedy to reduce dark circles is applying the resulting paste of cooked apple with organic milk, within one hour of cooking, keep stay for twenty minutes.

3. Banana facial mask for Dry Skin:
Banana-2, Yogurt 2 tablespoon, Honey 1 tablespoon.
Mash bananas with a fork and mix with Honey and Yogurt.
Apply it over face taking care to avoid the eyes, and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with cool water.

Apply Desi Ghee on dry face & lips to moisture. soothes and relieves from itchy irritated skin.

4. Tips for Glowing Skin:
*Eat more Carrots and Beetroots daily, eating carrots can make your skin fair.
*Eat Dates daily in the morning, good for heart, it purifies the blood, circulates in our body which in turn makes our skin glow and shine.

INSOMNIA   (Can't Sleep?)   Take HONEY!

  • In the case of bone fracture casting, ask a doctor for waterproof casting (optional). After the cast is removed, if possible visit physiotherapy to learn simple exercise techniques in building back the strength.
  • Mix 10 grams of dry ginger powder with 15 ml of castor oil and apply on the joint for relief from joint pains.
  • Turmeric is very effective for arthritis, especially for Rheumatoid Arthritis. The curcumin in the turmeric helps to reduce the inflammation. Drink a glass of warm water mixed with one tablespoon of turmeric powder before going to bed.
  • A teaspoon of black sesame seeds soaked in a quarter cup of water at night and taken early the next morning. It prevents frequent joint pain.
  • Drinking water kept in a copper container overnight accumulates traces of copper which strengthens the muscular system.
  • The omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil have an anti-inflammatory effect in the body and can help reduce pain. Consume one or two teaspoons of fish oil daily. Include foods like cold-water fish, flax, and chia seeds in your daily diet.
  • Take plenty of vitamin C because the antioxidant in it prevents the breakdown of bones by destroying the free radicals. Include lemons, oranges and other citrus fruits in your diet.
  • Vitamin D: The hormonal functions of vitamin D include regulation of bone and muscle health (including both skeletal and heart muscle), regulation of immune response, regulation of insulin and blood sugar, and regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism. Sources of Vitamin D are Cow's milk (grass-fed), sunlight is very useful and important to the body (but over being under the sun will affect the skin), Brown Eggs, Brown Mushrooms, Salmon, Soya Milk.
  • Mustard Leaves and Curry Leaves contains the highest calcium, and exceptionally rich in iron which is necessary for healthy red blood cells. Iron is part of the hemoglobin molecule which carries oxygen in the blood to the muscles. Prevents iron deficiency anemia and fatigue.
  • Harsingar (Parijata): As per Ayurveda, make the paste from 7 of Harsingar leaves, and then boil in a steel container with a glass of water for 10 to 15 minutes, and once it cools down, drink it in the morning on empty stomach. You will notice within 2 months the knee joint pains are permanently resolved.
  • Moringa Leaves: Considered to be a superfood, 25% protein and full of many vitamins and minerals, source of chromium. Used widely in feeding programs throughout the world to combat hunger and malnutrition. Chromium is part of the insulin molecule which regulates blood sugar levels. Moringa is used for “tired blood” (anemia); for stronger bones, arthritis and other joint pain (rheumatism); asthma; cancer; constipation; diabetes; diarrhea; epilepsy; stomach pain; stomach and intestinal ulcers; intestinal spasms; headache; heart problems; high blood pressure; kidney stones; fluid retention; thyroid disorders; and bacterial, fungal, viral, and parasitic infections.

COUGHING?  The best remedy is to take juice mix of Ginger + Honey + Basil, in the AM and PM on empty stomach.

•The juice from fresh pineapples with honey can suppress coughs five times more effectively than cough syrup.

*Sometimes, cough is a result of inflammation and infection in the pharynx. In such cases, cloves can be one of the most suitable ayurvedic remedies.

*Sore Throat: Mix 1 tsp. lime juice and 1 Tbls. honey. Swallow tiny amounts slowly 2-3 times a day.

•Use RED PEPPERS in salads and dishes! A substance similar to that found in cough syrups is also found in hot red pepper. Use red (cayenne) pepper with caution it can irritate your tummy.

•Drink several cups of hot water during the day to ensure that the phlegm moves from the lungs to the intestine from where it can be excreted.

•For a dry cough, a decoction made of ginger root and black pepper can be taken with a half teaspoon of honey. Alternatively, a decoction of cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, lemongrass, along with mulethi (licorice) is very soothing. These should be taken at least three-four times a day.

•Inhaling steam with a few drops of eucalyptus oil can be very refreshing. Whole-body sauna and steam also help to get the phlegm moving.

•Gargle with warm salt water daily in the AM and PM.

*Another effective formulation for ayurvedic treatment of cough would be to take some fenugreek seeds and boil them in water for about 30 minutes. Use this solution for gargles. It provides suitable relief.

•During cough, have an organic herbal cough drop (candy) for temporary relief.

Eat honey on crackers. The fructose in the honey will help to flush out the alcohol in your system. Eat more bread.

Note: *Drinking too much water can cause swelling of the brain. It is always best to drink just a little more than what is needed to quench your thirst. Water can also be left standing overnight in a copper vessel. This destroys bacteria and energizes the water powerfully. Copper surfaces tested in hospital Intensive Care Units (ICUs) have been found to kill 97% of the bacteria that are capable of causing hospital-acquired infections.

MENSTRUATION PAIN? Just like tea, Sip hot water mixed with ghee, this will reduce the menstrual stomach pain, and brings back the good moods in women. Drink Methi seeds soaked in warm water, and use Methi in veggie curries. This also helps in reducing white discharge problem in women.

MIGRAINE? For the cure of migraine or acute cold in the head; boil a tablespoon of pepper powder, and a pinch of turmeric in a cup of warm water, and have it daily for a few couples of days.

DIARRHEA?   Take APPLES!
Grate an apple with its skin, let it turn brown and eat it to cure this condition.  (Bananas are also good for this ailment).

DIGESTION? Turmeric can be used to relieve digestive problems like ulcers, dysentery.
Turmeric can be taken as a drink other than adding to dishes to help prevent all problems.
Use one teaspoon of turmeric powder per cup of warm water every day. It is also used as a paste for local action.

DIABETES? (Lady Finger for Diabetes):
 Please note that another name for Lady Finger is "OKRA ".

Take two pieces of Lady Finger and remove/cut both ends of each Piece. Also, put a small cut in the middle and put these two pieces in a glass of water.

Cover the glass and keep it at room temperature during the night.

Early morning, before breakfast simply remove two pieces of lady Finger from the glass and drink that water.

Keep doing it on a daily basis. Within two weeks, you will see remarkable results in a reduction of your SUGAR. My sister has got rid of her diabetes. She was on Insulin for a few years, but after taking the ladyfingers every morning for a few months, she has stopped Insulin but continues to take the ladyfingers every day. But she chops the ladyfingers into fine pieces in the night, adds the water and drinks it all up the next morning.

Please. try it as it will not do you any harm even if it does not do much good to you, but U have to keep taking it for a few months before U see results, as most cases might be chronic.

CONSTIPATION: Eat only ripe BANANA, PAPAYA, PRUNES or DATES!
Add high in fiber fruits like bananas, papaya, prunes or dates in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.
Note: Unripe banana causes constipation. do not eat them.

Mix 2 tsp. tomato juice and 1/4 cup buttermilk. Apply to the affected area. Rinse 1/2 an hour.

WARTS?
Try taping a slice of garlic to the wart. Be sure to first protect the surrounding skin with petroleum jelly.

JAUNDICE? Jaundice is not a disease, it's a symptom indicating an infection in the body, mostly issues with liver or pancreases, or any type of cancer.
remedies: 1) Eat soaked slices of red onions kept in lemon water for a couple hours, eat twice in a day. 2) Drink sugar cane juice daily once. 3) Drink buttermilk added with black pepper, cilantro, pink salt.

7) Take Giloy leaf juice or Patanjali giloy tablets. 8) Drink papaya leaf juice. 9) Most important do Kapalbhat Yoga daily in the morning and evening for 10 minutes. 10) Meditate under the SUN for 15 minutes in the early morning sunrise.

Control Cholesterol:
High Levels of Cholesterol can put your heart at risk. If you don't know your cholesterol numbers, now is the time to find out. High levels of LDL ('Bad') cholesterol increase your risk of heart disease. High levels of HDL ('good') cholesterol protect against heart diseases. Cholesterol levels can be improved with exercise and a healthy diet low in saturated fats and alcohol. Consume whole grains every day to keep your cholesterol low and protect your heart. The best whole grains to eat are steel cut oats or brown rice. Oatmeal and other high fiber foods help to fight high cholesterol by reducing bad 'LDL' cholesterol. Take Okra (lady's finger) is rich in fiber that can reduce cholesterol and blood sugar. Cinnamon is believed to lower blood sugar and cholesterol. Simmer a stick of cinnamon in water or milk for about 10 minutes, and drink.

Vitamin B:
Want to be a smarter, Take Vitamin B. Vitamin B Complex plays a major role in keeping your nervous system healthy. Have foods which are rich in it or take vitamin supplements if needed.  Vitamin B veggies are like Red Cabbage, Avocados, Brussels sprouts, Spinach and Brown Mushrooms. It is excellent nutrition for memory to drink the mix of grass-fed Yogurt + Basil/Tulasi leaves + Palm Jaggery in the AM or PM.

Zinc: When the foods in our diet do not provide us with enough zinc, insulin response decreases, and our blood sugar becomes more difficult to stabilize. Metabolic rate - the rate at which we create and use up energy - also depends on zinc for its regulation. Zinc can be found in garbanzo beans (chickpea), cashews, spinach, asparagus, broccoli, sesame seeds, watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds, oats, green peas rajma, quinoa, lentils, peanuts, yogurt, etc. Zinc helps your immune system function better, also brings significant change in skin health.

Vitamin C:
