Healthy Organs

1.Tips for Healthy LIVER:
The most important organ of the human body is LIVER. The function of liver is to filter the blood coming from the digestive tract, before passing it to the rest of the body. The liver also detoxifies chemicals and metabolizes drugs. As it does so, the liver secretes bile that ends up back in the
intestines. The liver also makes proteins important for blood clotting and other functions.

BAD to the LIVER:
  1. Intake of high sodium can cause bad to liver.. like Salty foods, Salty Potato chips, Canned foods, Meats (red meat like beef, sheep, and pork), or any animal-based products like milk, cheese. Note: Instead of animal products, take plant-based food.
  2. Intake of Sugary Foods like candies, ice creams, cakes, cookies, sweets, sugary drinks are BAD to the liver.
  3. Intake of Alcohol drinking beer, wine or champagne as well as any form of liquor. Alcohol damages the liver, nerve, and brain. It leads to cancer in the mouth, throat and food pipe.
  4. Intake of Junk food like deep-fries, carbonated beverages, sodas, coffee, oily and processed food.
  5. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are some of the main causes for the bad liver.
  6. Not urinating in the morning.
  7. Too much eating.
  8. Skipping breakfast.
  9. Consuming too much medication.
 10. Consuming too many preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweeteners.

Tip: As much as possible reduce cooking oil usage from our daily life, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Most importantly, do not consume fried foods when you are sick and tired. Optional usage can be when the body is really fit and strong.
  12. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of the liver.
Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.  We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to schedule.

Walnuts: Walnuts are also high in glutathione and omega-3 fatty acids, which help support our liver through its cleansing process.
Sprouts: Sprouts are incredibly nutritious; especially for those on a raw food diet. Studies show remarkable levels of B Vitamins, as well as Vitamins C, E and A (up to 15 times the original content!). The heightened quantity of enzymes is another factor that aids in their digestion. 3.Tips for Healthy HEART:
The function of the heart is to pump blood and circulate throughout all organs of the body. Pumping blood through the lungs removes carbon dioxide and refreshes the blood with oxygen. Your heart will beat an average of 100,000 times per day. In that time, it pumps more than 4,300 gallons of blood throughout your entire body.

The heart is made of 4 chambers. The top 2 collecting chambers are called atria; the bottom 2 ejecting chambers are called ventricles. The right atrium receives blood deficient in oxygen from the body and sends it into the right ventricle. The right ventricle squeezes the blood out to the lungs to pick up fresh oxygen. The oxygenated blood returns from the lungs to the left atrium, which then funnels the blood into the left ventricle. The left ventricle ejects the oxygenated blood into the entire body via the aorta.
