Most cell phones emit greater radiation when they first connect with the cell tower. One way to reduce your exposure to cell-phone radiation is to wait until your call has been connected before you put the phone to your ear. Use a headset or speaker mode is the better option.
*Try not to live near cell phone transmitter towers. There is much evidence of harmfulness to health caused by these towers.
*Symptoms of being unwell by use of your cell phone can include: dizziness, slight confusion, feeling dazed, a sensation running down your face from your ear to your neck. The radiation emitted by these radiation sources will be absorbed by our body and it will change body tissues and affect our health.
*Use cell phones for short talk or for emergency purposes.. not to talk for long hours.
*Don't make calls when the signal strength is weak. The weaker the signal, the harder the phone must work to make a connection, thereby emitting more energy/radiation.
*When the battery is down to the last bar, Don't answer the phone, as the radiation is 1000 times stronger.
*Avoid using a cell phone when sick or pregnant. Illness can reduce your ability to cope with radiation, while a baby in the uterus might be impacted by the radiation.

*Don't use a cell phone when driving. It is a highly dangerous distraction that causes accidents, injury, and death.
*Research upon which the safety guidelines have been developed for RF emissions (radio frequency emissions) cannot rule out the possibility of phone RF causing head tumors after 10 to 20 years of use. As such, finding out, either way, will still take time but in the meantime, adopting a cautious approach to cell phone usage is good for your health.
*Don't make calls when you're enclosed in metal, such as inside the car or an elevator. The metal causes the radiation to reflect back on all occupants.
*Try Texting, Not Talking ~ When you send a text message from your cell phone, you hold your phone away from your body, far away from your head, this reduces your exposure to radiation. Remember while driving No Texting No Talking.
*Use your left ear to talk phone, or use a headset or speakerphone to talk.
Keep as far as possible from Cell phone towers.
Never talk on your cell while you are charging the device.
Do not buy or use cheap phones has higher radiation.
