Parkinson's/ Nerve Tremors:

The most common cause of shaky hands is essential tremors. This neurological disorder causes frequent, uncontrolled shaking. Other causes of shaky hands include stress, anxiety, over worrying, overthinking negative thoughts and seizures. While there's no much cure for most of the hand tremors in allopathy.

Prescription medications, Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Herbs, and lifestyle changes may provide relief, depending on the cause. Most of the chronic diseases and parkinsons are due to toxic (too much of alcohol, meat), psychosomatic (insomnia, stress, over thinking negativity, in-human, fears, anxiety, tensions, anger, hate, sadness, depression, negative feelings, bad emotions, bad intentions for others, and lack of dopamine hormones).

Some of Ayurvedic home remedies may help in curing:

  1. Drink 2 spoons of organic sesame oil on empty stomach in the morning for a week, and the following week drink 2 spoons of coconut oil for a week, and the following week drink 2 spoons of Kusum or Veri senega oil for a week. Repeat this pattern for 6 months, and you will see a big change in curing. *It also improves memory.
  2. Eat soaked peanuts with skin daily.
  3. Massage the tremors area with sesame oil. Sesame oil cures a lot of skin diseases also.
  4. Keep pressing the handball to release stress.
  5. When sleeping, do not fold your hands placing under your head, as it tightens and stops blood flow to your fingers. Keep the hands free straight sideways along with your body or keep your hands on your chest.
  6. Eat Sesame laddu daily, removes 30 kinds of cancer within 6 weeks, heals completely migraine issues in 3 weeks, fixes nerve tremors completely in 5 - 6 months. Sesame is a good source for overall healthy bones, and joints.
  7. Eat millets foxtail, Little fingers, Barnyard, Browntop. *Millets are magical in repairing health.
  8. Take a decoction of jeera water, turmeric water, dry ginger with copper water.
  9. Eat daily Guava fruit. 
  10. Eat daily sprouts and dates in the morning.. Good for the healthy nervous system.
  11. Take the herbal decoction of Guava leaves for a week, next week Bilva Patra leaves, Next week Neem leaves, Next Raagi leaves, and next Paan (Betal) leaves.
  12. A must-do YOGA, Pranayamas, Sarpa-Kriyas, Deep belly breathing so the oxygen reaches to all cells in the body from brain to toes. Do Anulom/Vilom for 1-2 hours daily, intense exhaling (Kapaalbhat) is MUST.
  13. Meditate daily, practice yoga Nidra meditation for peace of mind.

  22. Drink sugarcane juice
  23. Be under Sunlight in the early morning for 30 minutes to get natural vitamin D, Eat dried mushrooms
  24. Moringa leaves drink with honey. Add drum sticks in your curries.
  25. Eat pranic foods which has life in it, and the foods having more magnesium (Broccoli, Almonds, Kale, Cooked Spinach, Moringa, Pineapple, and Curry leaves are all rich sources of calcium, iron, and magnesium).
  26. Eat Figs on empty stomach, good for overall nervous system.
  27. Eat omega-3 acids (almonds, walnuts, chia, flax seeds, tofu).
  28.  Be VEGAN!
  29. AVOID completely alcohol, meats, tobacco, gluten foods, wheat, all-purpose flours, icecreams, all kinds of rice, milk, eggs, refined carbs, sugary drinks, microwave food, and processed preservative foods.
  30. AVOID keeping your hands closer to radiation devices like mobile phones, laptops .. as these devices harm internally in your body, hands, and fingers. Try to minimize the usage of mobile phones, electronic hand watches as much as you can.
