GASSY/Gastric ?

Gastric is commonly related to digestive problems which include food indigestion, bloating, diarrhea, stomach pain, food poison, excess gas, constipation, bile irritation, not cleansing colon pipes for a longer time.

Home Remedies for Gastric:

*Choose fiber foods like Cucumber, Watermelon, Papaya, Ajwain, Avocados, Celery, Chia seeds, Coconuts, Amla, Ripen Bananas, drink daily organic Tulsi/ Basil Green tea.
*Eat your meals half to your tummy, don't overload, Try to limit to.
*Drink 2 tablespoons of organic Castrol oil before going to bed in night for better cleansing.
*Take TUB bath with cold water for 10 to 15 minutes, daily in the morning and evening.
*Eat one tsp of dry Amla (gooseberry) powder along with honey soon after your meal.
*Juices: Morning Cilantro + Mint juice; Afternoon Carrot + Beet juice; Evening AloaVera Juice.
*Morning for 15 minutes keep the cold cloth on your bare tummy the cloth dipped in very cold water, Do the same thing in Afternoon for 15 minutes, and In the evening for 15 minutes.
*Stay POSITIVE thru out the day, Find ways to be HAPPY n JOYFUL all times at every moment.
*DON'T let any negative emotions to come in, or anger or any stress into you. Release them either by doing Yoga/ Meditation or chanting, listening to feel-good music.
*Be Physical
*STOP completely Animal A1 Milk, All kinds of Meats, Gluten Foods, Eggs, and Alcohol.

Other Useful Tips (Gastric remedies):
  • Patanjali Divya Shankh Bhasma for gastric troubles and indigestion.
  • Aloe Vera juice is very effective in gastric disorders.
  • Triphala Churna (powder).  
  • Amla powder one teaspoon with honey after a meal.
  • Patanjali herbal product for gastric trouble and flatulence.
  • Patanjali Dashmook kwath (B.R) for fever, gastric trouble, and other female related diseases.
  • Avoid eating gluten foods (bread, naan, all-purpose white flour chapatis, burgers..)
  • Don't overeat, Don't constipate.. *Eat fibrous food.
  • Clean your colon pipes twice every single day.
  • Chew the food in mouth for a long time so it digests well in the stomach and makes less gassy.
  • Don't chew the chewing gum, makes tummy to bloat and gassy.
  • Walk more, do yoga postures helps you in reducing tummy bloat, gas, and acidity.

Acidity is related to heartburn and gas formation in the stomach.

Causes of Hyper-acidity:
  •  Excess production of acids in the stomach is termed as the hyper-acidity. There are varieties of reasons which cause excess acid production, and the most reasons among these are:
  1.  Excessive use of oily and spicy foods.
  2.  Anxiety, depression, and anger.
  3.  Irregular eating habits.
  4.  Consumption of Maida (all-purpose flour) products in large quantities.
  5.  Eating excessive raw leafy vegetables. (*Always eat half to your tummy, try to limit 2 meals a day).
  6.  Sleeping just after taking a meal.
  7.  Not to sleep in the night, long working hours.
  8.  Excessive intake of caffeine and nicotine products.
  9.  Constipation.
  10.  Carbonated drinks.
  11.  Foods rich in fats such as chocolates cause acidity.
  12.  Excessive intake of alcohol, smoking, keeping the stomach empty for a long time, skipping breakfast causes acidity.
  13.  Other causes of acidity or heartburn are pregnancy, aging, obesity, and bad eating habit, like eating junk foods.

Home remedy to Acidity:

Acidity, it is said, is worse than Cancer. It is one of the most common dis-ease people encounter in their daily life. The home remedy for Acidity are Buttermilk, Watermelon juice, Aloe-Vera juice, Almond Milk, Coconut water, Eat Tulsi / Basil leaves. Another good remedy for Acidity is Raw Grains of Brown Rice. The Process: 1. Take 8 - 10 grains of raw uncooked rice 2. Swallow it with water before having your breakfast or eating anything in the morning 3. Do this for 21 days to see effective results and continuously for 3 months to eliminate acidity from the body. The Cure: Reduces acid levels in the body and makes you feel better by the day.

Do below asanas to release from Gastric trouble: Makarasana (Crocodile Pose) and Bhujangasana daily for 5 to 10 minutes.  (Note: these asanas are NOT for a pregnant woman or anyone with surgery).
