Deep sleeping is important and essential for overall physical health, brain, and memory.

Affirmations just before sleep:

and My breath is relaxed. - In the evenings go to the GYM, workout for at least an hour.
- Do YOGA (deep inhale-exhale) in the PM and AM.
- Have your dinner at least 3 hours before going to bed. Avoid masala spicy foods and biryanis at nights.
- Shutdown all the screens, mobile phones, TV's 2 hours before going to bed. *Remember no phones in the bedroom to avoid disturbance and radiation.
- Never drink coffee at night. No alcohol, no chocolates, no cheesy fatty stuff.
- Meditation is MUST to silent all your thoughts before going to bed. Develop the habit of meditating and reading any of your favorite books at night.
- This works to 99% people... say mindfully to yourself "I am not this body, not even the mind" ..keep repeating.. and you will go into a deep sleep... helps you wake up in the early morning!
- Listen to nice soothing music, romantic songs, or peace instrumental...
- Lighten the incense stick to bring a pleasant aroma in the room before going to bed.
- Remember to switch OFF all artificial lights including the bed lamp. The bedroom should be pitch dark to get a good night's sleep.
- But try to allow the natural light by keeping your windows slightly open to allow the fresh air.
- For Morning breakfast, have herbal drink Raghi java, Barley or Millet java to stay energetic.
- Make sure you get enough calcium. If the calcium and vitamin D level goes down the normal, people will have sleeping disorders. *Foods for calcium: Oranges, Curry Leaves, Sesame Seeds, Sesame organic Oil, Cauliflower, Drumsticks/Moringa leaves, and For natural vitamin D, get enough sunlight (sit under the sun for 20-30 minutes) in the morning before 10am and after 5pm.
Get a good body massage on back of your shoulder, back of head, hands, fingers and your lower/upper foot !
