- Oil pulling with coconut or sesame oil for 5 minutes every day in the morning and evening.
- Boil Harsingar (Paarijat) leaves in water, after it cools down, drink it on empty stomach. If you don't find Harsingar leaves, buy organic Moringa powder available in grocery stores.
- Take one teaspoon of Moringa powder, mix it in a glass of warm water.. take it on empty stomach.

- Apply daily externally Patanjali Peedantak Oil or Peedantak Ointment onto the Knees, massage it gently on the knee caps pressing down for couple seconds, upwards, right to left, left to right and perpendicular.
