Avoid completely meats, tobacco, alcohol, all kinds of rice, and maida (all purpose flour).
Avoid junk packaged processed food.

Avoid all kind of plastics, plastic bags.

Be VEGAN (whole plant-based food)!

Eat satvic food: Fresh Fruits, Veggies in Raw organic form.

Give gap between meals minimum 5 - 6 hours. If feels hungry in-between, drink alkaline water, but not the food
Eat more of Raw fibrous veggie food.
