How to Build Strong Immunity

A healthy holistic lifestyle is a MUST to support strong immunity includes regular exercise, yoga, reducing stress, organic diet, and good hygiene. Make yoga part of your daily practice to boost your immune system. For stronger health, detoxify your body, emotions, mind, and soul naturally with the tools given by nature. 100% Detoxification happens: 3% By cleansing the colon pipes, 7% By Urination, 20% By body Sweating and 70% By Deep Breathing (Doing Pranayama, and Kapalabhati).

An Ayurvedic proverb says "When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use, and When diet is correct, medicine is of no need". Do's and Dont's. The dont's list of sugary foods, microwave foods, re-use of overly heated oils, alcohol, cold beverages, preservatives, etc. can badly weaken your immune system. Exposing to germs, pollutant environments, toxins, and constant stress also weakens your immune system, leaves your body more vulnerable to diseases.

Do's

  1. Do Yoga, Pranayama (Deep Breathing, and Kapalabhati), light exercises. 
  2. Wake up in nector time by 4 AM, the fresh air in the mornings has more life force energy, do yoga, take deep breaths, do all your morning rituals.. chant Shree Rudram, DSS, Lalitha Sahasranamam, or Hanuman Chilasa... plan your day ahead which helps you focus better in the day, and reduces stress. 
  3. Drink good amount of filtered warm water (sip by sip) in the mornings, can mix with Lemon + Honey to boost your immune system.
  4. Take time for morning jog & evening walks .. try to sweat twice a day, sweating helps to remove toxins from body thru skin pores.
  5. Stay positive, be happy at every moment. Always visualize & say to yourself repeatedly at subconscious mind that "I AM VERY STRONG,  MY HEALTH IS 100% PERFECT" ... self-belief system (placebo) is essential, more powerful in curing any disease.
  6. Do meditation, pray, help others, listen to music, sing, dance, and have fun laugh with families and friends.. all these activities help in reducing stress, anxiety, and tensions.
  7. Reiki and Agnihotra are the two promising nature given divine tools for healing/curing any health issues completely, really works in full faith.
  8. Eat organic raw plant food, freshly prepared lightly cooked food, consume it within couple hour before it starts decaying.
  9. Eat satvik simple food, not complicated food. Eat the food which is prepared with love, good vibes where the ingredients are 100% plant-based pure vegetarian given by nature.
  10. Always eat food half to your tummy, never overload.. leave some space inside your stomach for better digestion.
  11. Eat organic fruits (Apple, Pomegranate, Orange, Ripe Banana, Pineapple, Soaked Raisins.. "It's very true.. An apple a day keeps the doctor away" )
  12. In your diet have legumes, lentils and organic vegetables (Spinach, Moringa, Kale, Watercress, Avocados, Cabbage, Broccoli, Beans, Okra, Basil/ Tulasi... etc..)
  13. Eat nuts (Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds, Flax Seeds, Sunflower, Walnuts, Cashews) and  Dry fruits (Dates, Raisins, Figs, Apricot, Goji, Cranberry..)
  14. Forgiveness is the good medicine, practice every day to forgive others.. this helps you build your immune strong, and keeps the stress away.
  15. Detoxify your body once a week being on fasting the whole day, be on liquids water, raw fruits, nuts and veggies (carrots, cucumber..) BUT on this fasting day DO NOT eat any cooked or processed food.
  16. In the early mornings on empty stomach, drink couple glasses of warm water with Turmeric mixed with Tulasi/Basil, or Neem Leaves 0r Amla powder or Giloy.
  17. Take enough rest, have sound sleep in nights atleast 6 to 7 hours.. (try to sleep early by 9:30 pm and wake up early mornings by 4 am, take COLD shower).
  18. Soak gooseberry (Amla) in honey with some broken black or green (raw) pepper over the night and have 3 spoons a day.. remember take them on empty stomach for best results.
  19. Our hands has life force energy healing powers, and with a positive mind with full of devotion and love, heal the areas of your body which needs attention.. its magical, cures.
  20. Most importantly finish your dinner by 7 pm on all days.
  21. Eat sprouts to boost your immune system, add them into your daily meal.
  22. Clean your colon pipes twice daily.
  23. Be hygiene, clean mouth thoroughly, clean the body.. always smell good.
  24. Giloy (Guduchi, Amruth ~ Tinospora) stem leaves are very popular ayurvedic Sanjivini herbs, helps in building immune, reduces fever permanently, swine flu, virus, diabetes and many other diseases. (Note: *Basil + Turmeric, and Amla) also helps in reducing fever.
  25.  Eat "Good Fats" to keep healthy. Good fats like Organic desi Cow's ghee, Avocados, Extra Virgin Coconut oil, Olive oil, and Grass-fed Cow's Yogurt. (Note: Oils to be used very lightly).
  26. Another recipe for stronger immunity on empty stomach drink veggie juice made of Beet Root + Apples + Celery + Ginger + Parsley.

Dont's

  1. Avoid all sugary foods completely: ice creams, cookies, sweets, candies, soft drinks etc.. Note: Sugary foods brings the immune system down very quickly. Sugar is considered dangerous to health.
  2. Avoid stress completely, stress brings immune down.
  3. Avoid anger, hate, criticizing others.. all these are negative energies not good for health.
  4. Avoid all animal dairy products, milk, meat, poultry and sea food.
  5. Avoid deep fry foods, burgers, all purpose gluten floors
  6. Avoid cold drinks
  7. Avoid all kind's of alcohol and tobacco
  8. Avoid preservative canned foods
  9. Avoid factory made processed foods, protein powders and drugs
  10. Avoid microwave food completely. (Note: Radiation food is carcinogenic, weakens the immune system and leads to cancer and other health diseases).
  11. Avoid being close to the electronic radiation devices, and cell phones.
  12. Avoid eating sweets/fruits immediately after having salty meals or salty snacks, its considered very harmful.
