Water Therapy

DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:

Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

METHOD OF TREATMENT:
 1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water

2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute

3.. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.

4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours

5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.

6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:
 1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)
 2. Gastric (10 days)
 3. Diabetes (30 days)
 4. Constipation (10 days)
 5. Cancer (180 days)
 6. TB (90 days)
 7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards – daily..

This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.

This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.

Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks:

· Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting,
 · Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
 · You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
 · Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
 · 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
 · Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...

The Mystery Of Water:
A Japanese visionary and researcher named Masaru Emoto has studied and written about the affects of thoughts, words, ideas, music, and human vibrational energy on the molecular structure of water. In his books The Message from Water and The Hidden Messages from Water, he visually demonstrates molecular changes in water crystals through high-powered photographic techniques. He developed a technique using high-speed photography and a dark field microscope to examine water droplets as they formed into crystals.

Emoto noticed that different crystals would form from different water samples from various freshwater streams and springs. He also noticed that water from polluted, toxic, and over-populated areas would not form crystals at all, actually showing the disturbed state of the water. He then started to take the same water samples and directing thoughts toward the water by using written word, music, and prayer. He noticed that the water samples that originally did not form crystals would then crystallize after concentrated, positive thought was introduced.

Emoto would tape different sayings (written on pieces of paper) to water bottles, all from the same source, and let them sit for a while. He then looked at each sample under the dark field microscope. He noticed each thought created different crystal formations. Sayings like, “I love you,” and “Love and gratitude” would produce beautiful, snowflake-like crystals, whereas things like, “You make me sick,” would not produce any crystals. In fact, the water molecules that formed from the negative intention were discolored and distorted.

Emoto demonstrated that water has the ability to adapt to its environment. Its physical appearance, as well as molecular structure, changed and adapted to the outside environment. So water not only visually reflects the environment it is in, it also molecularly reflects the environment. He also showed that different music affected the formation of crystals as well. Mozart, Beethoven, and the Beatles all formed beautiful crystals, whereas rap and heavy metal, and even the name Adolf Hitler written on the side of a water container, left the crystals discolored and distorted.

Emoto concluded from these experiments that every intention had its own frequency that actually changed the vibrational frequency of water—that being the molecular structure. Since water makes up so much of our body as well as our environment, and things like thoughts, words, music, intentions, and actions can change both the physical appearance as well as the molecular structure of water, you could only imagine what our own thoughts do to our bodies.

Since water is the most essential thing we can put in our body and is the most essential nutrient in our world, we must take care of the things that affect it—both internally and externally. What we say to ourselves and to others changes the molecular structure of the water that makes up our cells. It’s no wonder we age even though most of our cells are new each year. Our cells are being bombarded with negative, life-draining thoughts. Could you imagine watering your garden with toxic water? Not much growth would happen—or at least definitely not to full potential. Intention is everything.

Andreas Moritz on Water:
The human body is composed of 75 percent water and 25 percent solid matter. To provide nourishment, eliminate waste and regulate all the functions in the body, we need water. Most modern societies, however, no longer stress the importance of drinking water as the most important “nutrient” among all nutrients. Entire population groups are substituting water with tea, coffee, alcohol and other manufactured beverages. Many people don’t realize that the natural thirst signal of the body is a sign that it requires pure, plain drinking water. Instead, they opt for other beverages in the belief that this would satisfy the body’s water requirements. This is a false belief.

It is true that beverages such as tea, coffee, wine, beer, soft drinks and juices contain water but they also contain caffeine, alcohol, sugar, artificial sweeteners or other chemicals that act as strong dehydrators. The more you drink these beverages, the more dehydrated you become because the effects they create in the body are exactly opposite to the ones that are produced by water. Caffeine containing beverages, for example, trigger stress responses that have strong diuretic effects (causing increased urination, at first). Beverages with added sugar drastically raise blood sugar levels, which uses up large quantities of cellular water, too. Regular consumption of such beverages results in chronic dehydration, which is a common factor in every toxicity crisis.

There is no practical or rational reason to treat an illness (toxicity crisis) with synthetic drugs or even with natural medications and methods unless the body’s need for hydration has been met first. Drugs and other forms of medical intervention can be dangerous for the human physiology largely because of their dehydrating effects. Most patients today are suffering from “thirst disease,” a progressive state of dehydration in certain areas of the body. Unable to remove toxins from these parts due to insufficient water supply, the body is faced with the consequences of their destructive effects. The lack of recognition of the most basic aspects of water metabolism in our body can be held responsible for seeing a disease when it really is the body’s urgent cry for water.

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) for Cardiac Arrest: CPR is indicated for any person who is [unresponsive] with no breathing, or who is only breathing in occasional agonal gasps, as it is most likely that they are in cardiac arrest.  FIRST CALL THE EMERGENCY AMBULANCE, AND FOLLOW THE STEPS IN THE PIC.

When no one is around you?
If you are suddenly running out of breath and there is no one around you to lend a helping hand, don't panic...Try to calm down. Sit where ever you are and take deep breaths.. said by Doctor. "If you are wearing any tight clothes, loosen them. Get your hands on an Aspirin tablet and make sure that you chew it well." Drink something refreshing and if you are outside, look for a place with shade. If you feel it could be a heart attack, call immediately for emergency medical help.

HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN YOU ARE ALONE??
Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.

A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!!

10 Steps to Responsible Driving for All Motorists :
Since you cannot control the actions of other road users, you must rely on your own driving skills and experience. Following these ten rules ensures that your driving is safe and courteous to all who share the road with you.

1. Plan Your Route: Know where you're going ahead of time. Tune into a local media source to be well informed about weather and road conditions or traffic activity on your route. Then you can avoid delays or allow extra drive time. For longer trips, include a rest stop every two hours. Stop sooner if you are tired.

2. Maintain Your Vehicle: Read your vehicle's owner's manual and follow the recommended schedule for maintenance service. Conduct your own routine check-ups on: tires, brakes, lights, wipers, and fluid levels. For good visibility make sure your mirrors, windows and outside lights are clean. Secure any loose items or cargo that could become a hazard.

3. Focus Your Attention: Being a safe driver means being both physically and mentally prepared to drive. Being well rested, alert and attentive enables you to respond quickly when other drivers do not make that choice. Take a break if you have difficulty focusing. Remain calm—don't let your temper or frustration cause you to act recklessly.

4. Minimize Your Distractions: Taking your hands off the wheel, your eyes off the road or your mind off of the driving task puts you and others at risk. People, objects, or events inside and outside your vehicle can distract you. Driving demands total concentration. Any activities that interfere with your driving are more than you can safely manage.

5. Know Your Surroundings: Look out for trouble. Scan the roadway continually for hazards. Keep your eyes moving, looking from one side to the other. Know what is happening well ahead of you, watch for taillights. Know what is to the rear and sides of your vehicle. Use the mirrors to keep an eye on traffic behind you.

6. Share Your Space: Many crashes could be prevented if drivers behaved courteously to other road users. You share the road with drivers of various ages and skill levels. You also share the road with
pedestrians, bicyclists, motorcyclists, and vehicles of varying sizes. Be aware of special needs and limitations of other drivers and roadway users.

7. Watch Your Speed: Posted maximum speeds are for ideal driving conditions. Adjust your speed for traffic, road and visibility conditions or when not operating at your best. Higher speeds magnify your errors and provide less time to identify and react to a hazard, stopping distances are longer and crashes are more severe.

8. Keep Your Distance: Give yourself room to maneuver. You'll need it in a crisis. To protect yourself, keep a large "safety cushion" around your vehicle. This will enable you to change lanes safely and give you room to take evasive action in emergencies. Keeping a safe distance between vehicles increases your ability to see and to be seen by other drivers.

9. Signal Your Intentions: Driving can be a stressful business. Be courteous and signal your intentions so other road users know what you plan to do next. Be predictable. Don't hesitate to use your horn or headlights to establish eye contact, when needed. Remember to express your thanks, by a wave of the hand or a flash of your lights.

10. Always Wear Your Seat Belt: Seat belts are your best defense in a crash. Being properly secured keeps you in control of your vehicle and ready to react to a hazardous situation. So buckle up ... and that includes your children and other passengers in front and rear seats.

10 Commandments for Road Safety:
Tip 1: Plan your trip: Plan when you want to leave and which road you want to use. Try as far as possible to avoid peak traffic congestion on the eve of the festive season and go back to hometown earlier.

Tip 2: Vehicle inspections: Pre-inspection of your car and fill up enough petrol.

Watch out for BLIND SPOT!
Tip 3: Maintain two seconds of safe distance: Maintain at least two seconds of safe distance with the vehicles at the front. The distance shouldn't be too near and it is determined by speed.

Tip 4: Use public transport: Avoid from using high-risk vehicles such as motorcycle. Aircraft is 6000 times safer, train is 350 times safer and bus is 30 times safer than motorcycle. Even car is 17 times safer than motorcycle.

Tip 5: Loading management: Be cautious of loading heavy and sharp objects in order to avoid fatal accidents.

Tip 6: Self-discipline: Do not jump queue to avoid provoking rage that can lead to unpleasant incidents. Do not simply park anywhere and obstruct the traffic for your own convenience.

Tip 7: Pursue "safety first" attitude: Good speed management and speed appropriately at
appropriate sections. Human body can only sustain 40km/hr. The risk of death increases to 60% at 45km/hr and 90% at 50km/hr.

Tip 8: Use your seat belts: Some 350 passengers are killed each year, the authorities encourage the rear seat passengers to use their seat belts to avoid from being thrown out of the vehicle or sustaining critical injuries.  Rear seat passengers who do not use their seat belts will increase the risk to the driver and the front seat passenger by 25%.

Tip 9: Helmets provide the best protection from head injury for cyclist and motorcyclists involved in traffic crashes. Non-use of helmets increases the risk of head injury for motorised two-wheeler riders by a factor of three, and helmets reduce fatal and serious head injuries by between 20% and 45%.
Wear Helmets All Bikers For Safety !
Motorcycle fatalities in the US rose 13 percent between 2004 and 2005 to 4,553. Almost half of the people who died were not wearing a helmet at the time of a crash, reflecting looser state helmet laws.

Tip 10: Do not drive for more than four consecutive hours: It exceeds the capability of ordinary people. It is better to take half-an-hour break after you have driven for two to three hours.

Health effects of POLLUTION (Lets each of us try a bit to save the environment!!):
Pollution is the introduction of contaminants into the natural environment that cause adverse change. Pollution can take the form of chemical substances or energy, such as noise, heat or light.

The major forms of pollution are listed below along with the particular contaminant relevant to each of them:

Air pollution: the release of chemicals and particulates into the atmosphere. Common gaseous pollutants include carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and nitrogen oxides produced by industry and motor vehicles. Photochemical ozone and smog are created as nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbons react to sunlight. Particulate matter, or fine dust is characterized by their micrometre size PM10 to PM2.5.

Light pollution: includes light trespass, over-illumination and astronomical interference.

Littering: the criminal throwing of inappropriate man-made objects, unremoved, onto public and private properties.

Noise pollution: which encompasses roadway noise, aircraft noise, industrial noise as well as high-intensity sonar.

Soil contamination occurs when chemicals are released by spill or underground leakage. Among the most significant soil contaminants are hydrocarbons, heavy metals, MTBE, herbicides, pesticides and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Radioactive contamination, resulting from 20th century activities in atomic physics, such as nuclear power generation and nuclear weapons research, manufacture and deployment. (See alpha emitters and actinides in the environment.)

Thermal pollution, is a temperature change in natural water bodies caused by human influence, such as use of water as coolant in a power plant.

Visual pollution, which can refer to the presence of overhead power lines, motorway billboards, scarred landforms (as from strip mining), open storage of trash, municipal solid waste or space debris.

Water pollution, by the discharge of wastewater from commercial and industrial waste (intentionally or through spills) into surface waters; discharges of untreated domestic sewage, and chemical contaminants, such as chlorine, from treated sewage; release of waste and contaminants into surface runoff flowing to surface waters (including urban runoff and agricultural runoff, which may contain chemical fertilizers and pesticides); waste disposal and leaching into groundwater; eutrophication and littering.

Effects of Human health:
Overview of main health effects on humans from some common types of pollution.
Adverse air quality can kill many organisms including humans. Ozone pollution can cause respiratory disease, cardiovascular disease, throat inflammation, chest pain, and congestion. Water pollution causes approximately 14,000 deaths per day, mostly due to contamination of drinking water by untreated sewage in developing countries. An estimated 500 million Indians have no access to a proper toilet, and 580 Indians die of water-related pollution every day.Nearly 500 million Chinese lack access to safe drinking water. A 2010 analysis estimated that 1.2 million people died prematurely in a year in China because of air pollution. In 2007 it was estimated that in India, air pollution is believed to cause 527,700 fatalities. Studies have estimated that the number of people killed annually in the US could be over 50,000.
Oil spills can cause skin irritations and rashes. Noise pollution induces hearing loss, high blood pressure, stress, and sleep disturbance. Mercury has been linked to developmental deficits in children and neurologic symptoms. Older people are majorly exposed to diseases induced by air pollution. Those with heart or lung disorders are at additional risk. Children and infants are also at serious risk. Lead and other heavy metals have been shown to cause neurological problems. Chemical and radioactive substances can cause cancer and as well as birth defects.

The Importance of CCTV Security Systems:
Security is fundamentally important across all walks of life to ensure the overall safety and possessions of all individuals are comprehensively protected. Commercial and residential properties are constructed to provide homeowners and companies with adequate protection against adverse weather conditions.

CCTV stands for Closed-circuit television. Its a kind of a security technique which involves the usages of video camera which are commonly called CCTV cameras. The purposes of these are to transmit a signal to TV sets or monitors for the purpose of security. CCTV is a lot different than broadcast television. It differs in that the signal is not openly transmitted.

CCTV systems employ point to point wireless links, often used for surveillance. These Camera security systems are used in areas which need security. Some examples can be banks, schools, apartments, offices, restaurants, hotels, shopping malls, stores, hospitals, bus stops, railway stations, casinos, airports, military installations, army bases etc. However, the increased use of CCTV in public places has caused debate over public. It is argued that this is a debate on security versus privacy. In many industries and industrial plants and semi-industrial plants, these cameras are used to observe parts of processes that are remote. The control is through a control room. Continuous operation of CCTV systems could be done. They can also be used to overview just a specific portion or an area.

The first CCTV system was installed at Test Stand VII. It was in Peenemunde in the country of Germany in the year 1942.

The usage of these systems in such processes is sometimes made mandatory by law. CCTV cameras are also used outside government offices and other special government facilities. CCTV systems are a very good means of increasing security in banks. CCTV today has developed to that point where it is very simple and inexpensive enough to be used as home security systems also.

CCTV security systems are the next big thing on the general security scene; they have already overtaken all other means of security including spy cameras. CCTV cameras are and will continue to develop into the greatest security solutions available worldwide. After all, with prices falling everyday, CCTV is much more affordable today than it was earlier.

The presence of CCTV as integrated security solutions can also be important for the work ethic and efficiency of employees. As their safety and wellbeing can be placed under threat by an individual who carries out violence or a criminal act, it is vital to integrate adequate protection. In doing so, it can play a fundamental role in catching any perpetrators who steal or damage valuable products or machinery, and put employees at risk.
